It is in my opinion that bears need to push today: If political and economic conditions remain the same, the only thing bulls can cause is further consolidation and that will potentially kill any bear momentum that only new/worse market conditions can help bears reacquire.

Holding down and refuses to rise maybe someone paid the market to go down to 0.9931 but that is what I believe it is aftering at least today.

Maybe the old support from July monthly low will hold this week or, it is going down to 0.9901 - August low.
