Bad numbers from EU: Trade Balance -40.3B -31.9B -32.2B.

We may see 0.9957 again, or some pips lower to 9950 and a boune up again until the US retail numbers.

hi traders. for those who follows elliott wave just like me in my opinion we are in the early stages of a wave 3 of (3) of (C).
C wave of expanded flat tend to be related to the A wave by 1.618 expansion or 2.618 expansion.
here the chart.
so if i m right we should see decent rally in the coming weeks.
but remember this is only a correction wave 4

A double bottom in place now, a better chance to bounce too, test breaks 0023 and if ok likely extend to 0043 and 63 up to restart next leg down for below 9929 . Better ways it sideways to tackle more bear now. Lets see if manage to up 0003 to proceed further. But ok go bull to facilitate bear next. Again yesterday doji daily agist big bear candle means few days considation more likely.
In smallest tf watching for 9973 down to next. Up above 0003, signal 9984. Above this level may extend up above 0003 but looks not hold. Lets see. So watching signal 9984 and 9973.

I found 0.99655 with a trendline (on 30min) but it is different from yours.

FX option expiries for Sept 15 NY cut at 10:00 Eastern Time, via DTCC, can be found below.

- EUR/USD: EUR amounts

0.9850 260m - too far from the price and small, needs more shorts to build and expires today, so I don't believe we will see it at least yet.

0.9990-00 1.6b - magnet. Even if, it expires there are tones of interest for this price.

1.0015-20 602m - posible, not far.

1.0050-60 1.2bl - posible, not far. This is where we may actually see the price heading today on good news.

1.0070-75 452m - posible - thinking to sell above but...

1.0090-00 878m - far, but not too far. I am interesting to see the price in this level, but we may not see it today - tomorrow, so better analysis will be needed (calendar, etc).

1.0175-85 730m - too far from the price

1.0195-05 743m - very far

1.0220-30 419m - very far

Based on the logic that the price will not travel much pips in a day.

The trend is bearish below 1.0198, but the price looks volatile and ranging. Better sell upside bounces and target towards 0.9900/0.9865.

You can add what I miss.

Pretty flat, retail sales are interesting. Don't know what to think. Jobs and retail suggests the FED should increase rates.

I think the FED has a serious problem: Good job numbers IS NOT what the FED wanted, now they really need to combat inflation.
