EU droped down after the market hit to a wall of orders at the Monthly pivot at 1.0107 and siting at the highs of the Daily range I mentioned at Saturday on my post (look quotation if, you missed it).

Now the bulls must create more momentum if, they want to beat the upper levels and meat their target/s. I think that fisrt it is going to look at 1.0128 or, above at 1.0135. A drop below the low of the day at 1.0060 may see bears closing the gap (60 pips!) at 1.0047 on the 15 min chart and 1.0033 low.

SL moved now to 1.0071.

EU at 1.0107 Asian high, not too many pips away of the targets, now 1.0074 can act as a support level for more longs, or bears will take over!

Monday morning.

Hope you had a nice weekend.
There's been positive development on the geo-policial side in Europe, eastern front. EURUSD moved up.
However, currency moves short term are still driven by monetary policy, i.e. central bankers. We'll see.

Price wise, EURUSD is well supported by:

  1. Long-term descending line (dotted diagonal) now becomes support
  2. Fib level 38% (1.007)
  3. 50-SMA (now at 0.998 and moving up)

We'll see if price can turn the 200-SMA (now at 1.010) from resistance into support, today.
If it does, we can expect price to test the 1.015 to 1.028 (to 76.8% Fib) this week.

My potential high for today sits around 1.0155, but bulls maybe can't even get that high... So for now, I am still allowing new longs but overall, I am also getting prepared to sell... It is all about timing today!

possible upside targets are 1.0107 as well as 1.0122 – 1.0129 and 1.0155. On the downside, the supports at 1.0063 and the horizontal supports between 1.0023 – 1.0036. Pullbacks to these price zones would not be a problem, but lower prices should be avoided in the sense of a recovery or rebound movement.
