It is ranging inside 1.0034/63 for some time now, a break is near, or it left out of fuel because Fridays close may lead to profit taking. Also remember what happened the last Friday when news about gas went out, so don't do something without thinking how to protect your account first.

i'm starting weekend, so my activity will less, but i still stay with my long postion from 1.0041 ( and i have set stop buy on upper levels).

If comses about reason, i think chart below with marked with violet marks explain all:

Weekly and daily chart, both is about downtrend till for EU , though for a couple of hours intraday, uptrend temporarily dominant.

I till hold short positions for next week. Seek good point for new sell at the height today or 1.01225 or 1.01771 for the low level of current wave.

See you at 1.02248 till this month end EUR is on side way movement up in 1hr tf

If euro zone revive Anyway or alternatively US goes to recession very fast then may bull may reach target 1.0786 to 1.0900 or 1.1 all ok. Anyway still no good signal that bull started actually. A bottom formation may take weeks!

Bullish 3-Drive Pattern on H1

  1. Next week, I want to stick to my Bullish 3-Drive idea... Based on that, I expect a little further drop roughly into the 0.9982/1.0009 zone... From there, if I see that fib 61.8 area supports, I will try to catch a long entry for a final push. I hope that market gives me my 2 cents right at 1.0200 before it reverses down again...

That said, many many thanks to all who contributed in the best way they could throughout this week...

Perfect and hope so. In h4 tf the limit 0029 respected and unexpectedly,though daily close over 0054 failed, weekend people not buy but take profit? Also not done all intentionally and so confident the buyers are about bull. Made dojies and just hanging on the air. Anyway 0029 may not hold next but pave the confidence for a last leg up, either from here or 9984 channel bottom and for same effect of impulse.. If all ok then next week targets be break 0122, then 0144, next 0202 and 0288. And all in the bear set up. Wish all ok, no disaster in between specially in eurozone as most unstable and vulnerable. In the weekly chart the price closed inside the smaller channel and is looking up below the upper side of it (watch the blue shaded area). If, it break by closing with a strong bullish bar formation it can move at the upper area of supply. A drop should see the price supported at the low area of demand above 0.9865 low.

In the Daily chart with more details the price closed below the monthly pivot at 1.0107, 50 daily ma, and 1.0089 and currently is ranging inside 0.9931 and 1.0114.

We should see less volatility next week (around 150 pips) but need to watch after the US CPI (or any other unexpected news) any drop may lead to greater ranges and so losses may-be above the expected.

We just had a "Hello Kitty wave" transformation recently (1 -> 2 on the attached H1 screenshot). I think we are undergoing another hello kitty wave on the H1, if you look carefully, we'd be half way through the first of the second ears.
