Watching EU is looking at the upside resistance. News, EU CPI and US ADP, volatility is 74 pips and also today is the last day of August - profit taking. {image}
74 pips achieved exactly at 0.9972, yesterday EU didn't made it either up or, down and closed 3 pips less than the predicted 75 range. I don't know, but I only guess that buying interest and London close didn't allowed.

ADP numbers later may hint more surprises to USD against EU and a strong number may break the EU even lower.

1.0028 should give up if, bulls want to see higher prices and 0.9970 support is closing the door for 0.9947.

You exactly described my daily trading plan: short with TP 0.995 with a possible reverse and long - we shall see about the long.

DXY HAS to break 108.50 to have a short at the predicted bull breakout - above 108.50 short EU and vice versa.
...because you never know - until you do!

It's range or zone and the term ''manipulation '' itself tells you the meaning.

The game plan is in my opinion for most of the central banks to have their rates at 2% to 2.25% by H23. It's not a buy or sell. It's a range i.e it'll be staying there for a while before a decision was made.

We are above 1.0028 resistance, and target should be at 1.0046 on this break up if, not 1.0000 is support (decision point).

After the break 1.0020 showed support at 15 minutes chart - decision point now.
