I would say buy, but it should have comed earlier! Now its late, it may come back to 0.9979 again.

EURUSD price still need to fill 0.994.. So i think..
DXY going up @108.11 to get the liquidity it needs (H4 high @108.69)
EURUSD will turn south in the next hours..

Seems that the price will move up first and then, come down, but it may not, so the best is to buy, both analysis agree. The worst case here is the EU to come down after the news and never rise up again. I hope you can make it somehow!
