hi Sky, WELL SPOTTED, thanks for the info. i was aware of the inside bar on the 4 hour.
I tend not to mention inside bars on Cable, probably because i am only chasing a very small move.
But 4 hour bars are good to trade off.

Price moved up for approx 10, then dropped to approx -30, then moved up for +40.

That 30 drop could ov screwed a lot of people with small stop loss.

Like i say. i rarely trade Dax because it is difficult to fix a fail.

edit t 10-01. price about x when i first posted up for 10, down for minus 30 then up for 60. that drop as i said could of caused problems.

If I had looked I would have seen BRN 13100 just below a row of tails !!! Dax loves BRN's - the "tails" gave the fact away that something was afoot.. and I missed it. Mary Poppins claims to be "perfect in every way." A claim I cannot make

Them there tails are bouncing off one of them median lines ? ( Thro centre of consolidation from left where you start the line...23 Aug2315 - vertical to 24 Aug)
Gleaned this from ICT but not sure I understand it yet but logic would dictate that a series of tails are bouncing off that line for a reason

no this line is just the open line of my broker. it works also with the open line of the london open. or with the monthly open line. or with the daily pivot line. its just lines AND rejection.

and the more tails the better;-)

you can of course use this also with MA, f.e. 200 ma or 50 ma. but its just an observation. i prefer LINES

HaHaHa - and it just fitted in with ICT's median line in a consolidation approach. It works if it works. At least a line in the sand gets one thinking and gives one a reference point from which to start

Cable. yesterdays adr =123 and the actual daily range = 83 <<<<<very low, but enough.
Todays adr =116, the 00-00 4 hour bar range today = 42, High has broken and so far todays daily range is 65.

the 07-45 low broke for 1% and a tiny bit. The high broke and i left it, this would of been good.
08-00 15 min bar. low broke for 1% and a bit. the price did rise and drop again. this could of been very good but i left the second short.
i still ended the day with 3% and a bit.
yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay.
