May play 50/50 daily wicks yesterday, 0190 to 0140. Anyway one more leg likely down below 0180 to previous low to even bull heart line at risk 0096. If to bull it must secure the heart line and back above 0185 and hold. First bear side to see! Take care
Anyway there was gross divergence pa action from usdx already if consider major limit 105.56 corresponding 0349 grossly mismatched!

For the course of the day, pullbacks to 1.0122 – 1.0129 USD and 1.0107 USD can be expected; with a high downward momentum even to USD 1.0072. Conversely, bullish signals would start from above $1.0191, which could entail short-term buying towards 1.0220 and 1.0243 – $1.0255. The order data from German industry and the figures from the US labor market in the afternoon could provide impetus in today's trading.

  1. Still being in the shadows of the large bear candle from yesterday, bulls are really trying hard to get to 1.0196...
  2. For this mini bullish breakout to be effective, bulls must stay above 1.0130/40 at all cost and momentum is also crucial... If momentum fades out even a little, bears will probably attack immediately...
  3. Long story short: It will be a tricky day with lots of scalping I guess!

*Also notice the potential inverted head and shoulders here... maybe bulls have greater appetite than we think!!!
** Maybe this whole sideways move is still only wave B and a bullish wave C is developing???

Wave B sucks, so C, but its better as it might give more pips at its end. One thing I have learned is don't buy/sell B and C waves they are the smaller and its not good for the risk.

Give us more 3's and the next day we should be off with the money in our pockets!!

We are backing off 0.382% weekly fibonacci level, 0.236% is near at 1.0163 and then nothing 0.50% (1.0209) may come next if, 1.0188 breaks. You should always have this fibo (weekly range) on the chart!
