Maybe people are sick of it that MFF and FTMO are being mentioned too many times.

Yes, I get that. However, THERE IS A VERY BIG REASON they are mentioned so much. They are, head and shoulders, above the rest.
Here's what happens when someone tries scammefunding.com:
They sign up, pay the fee, maybe even pass a challenge, then they don't get paid. Then, they are all over the internet, screaming what a scam PROP FIRMS are. Not the one they used, but all. Why? because idiots tend to group "like" things all into one group. Then the regulators step in because idiots are filing complaints against these scam companies. Now, regulators, who are also guilty of the idiocy of lumping all "like" things into one group, shut down or heavily regulate the good firms. Now, you and I lose income.
This is why I feel responsible for guiding people the right way....not only to help them, but it really protects all of our income(s).

Of the alternatives, you just gave a list of basically the worst alternatives. Maybe people are sick of the top two, its right, but there are better options than every single one you just listed.

Absolutely. After FTMO and MFF, there are 4 firms that have significant payout history:
the Funded Trader
The Prop Trading
True Forex Funds
E8 Funding
I'm sure I am missing 2-3 more
So, yes, absolutely, there are other pretty good firms besides FTMO and MFF. If you want to diversify early, I would confidently say spreading across these 6 would be safe. The issue is, folks see firms with a 1% less target or 5 extra trading days or double the scaling every 10% (of course, you must keep your profits IN THE ACCOUNT) and they believe it increases their odds of passing. It's simply not the case.

Somewhere, somehow they believe that there is 1 ultimate prop firm that offers 100K account for $10 with no DD and no target.

At least the first 3 I can guarantee that I was paid (and multiple times). E8 I never got to the payout phase yet.
Doesn't mean anything, of course, I also was hefty paid by Funding Talent and they are where they are.
But is we're going to risk in anything new at least we should go to something that is paying at the moment.
Even Traders Fund Central paid me (but those I wouldn't recommend)
Even if I do not plan on taking on more accounts through other firms at the moment, I still think that it is good to find and discuss new firms here. I think that this assumption that everyone that is looking for more options is doing so because they are looking for easier targets or because they are not able to fully understand or appreciate the options that are currently available is a falsehood that does little to help this thread.

I think that finding new firms and discussing them here should be encouraged. If traders in this space only focused on the top two, then some of these other firms would never have a chance, and we could eventually be stuck with only two options over the long-term. That is not my preference, personally. More competition is better.
MFF doesn't accept payments by paypal or via bank account. I like their idea of that you can get extension period if you are around 6%.
I don't have credit card. They accept crypto, but I did not used that before. Is there a way to pay easily through crypto?


Alpari's PAMM account looks also interesting. Did someone tried that from here. If you personally have to find an investor than it is not worth there.

I agree. Very valid points made here. However, it seems that as more and more prop firms are popping up, there seems to be a higher % of these being dodgy, fly-by-night operations. When folks sign up for these, it is not only bad for them, but for all of us as well. It will bring un-needed and un-wanted attention to this space. Just imagine you're pulling oh let's say half a million a year from 2-3 firms, then regulators unnecessarily step-in and shut your income down simply because some fly-by-night scam artist got some sign ups who then went crying to the regulators.
I guess it really hits home for me as I was earning a very good living playing online poker until they shut that down. Moved to forex trading and 2 years later basically regulated it to the point that 3 brokers remained out of the 100 or so when I started. Leverage,FIFO, no gold, no indices. Of course online poker and gold/indices trading is still legal in most of the free world, just not the "Land of the free"

Yes you are right but at least check them before putting a list of links up. Also constructive comments on them are most welcome.

The list in question is the bottom of the barrel and came with no constructive comment.

-I get it. I really do. We saw the same thing in 2017 when crypto was exploding. I had ICO's that I was already invested in, that ended up refunding me my money because of my country of residence, just as an example. But the truth is, people will do what they want, no matter what is discussed here. Some people will cry foul when they lose, no matter what.

My thinking about it, is that at the very least, people with experience or that bother to take the time to read, can at least explain the obvious red flags and why certain firms should probably be avoided. I do not think that anything gets past the scam filters here, which is a good thing. But, I also do not think that we should discourage discussion of a particular firm just because it looks too good or bad on the surface. Let objective discussion and collective reasoning be the judge.

-Sure. I always do a basic check before posting a link here. There are many firms that I have discovered, that I have not shared here, because they were just so obviously bad. Even some of the really bad firms get shared here, but it helps to serve as an example of what to avoid and why, and sometimes gives us something to laugh about, like Ms. Ghaney's new venture.

But I also make it known if I do not have any experience with a firm that I share here and cannot vouch for them in any way. I also typically look more in-depth on anything that I share so that I can list all of the pros and cons that I see, objectively. Especially if I see red flags, I state them here, even if my hope is that they are legitimate. I think that this is the responsible thing to do, to analyze and discuss objectively.

Honestly, I think that many traders do not take the time to do their own due diligence. Some are too lazy or impatient to read the terms and conditions and things like that. So, better to discuss everything here so that nothing gets past the filters. People will have little excuse at that point.

In the country where I live, just normal bank account card is the standard. With online payment system there are now better options than credit cards, but some companies don't use them.
