If all goes well, we should have a bearish engulfing candle tomorrow on daily because the bull bear, bull bear pattern on daily has been broken. That would mean that the range has come to an end and we would be targeting the lows of last month's candle.

Despite the strong upmove at Asia EU is back below 1.0279 again.

Meanwhile, on H4...

Dear friends.. I don't see any impulsive structure if this is already a wave C up... I don't think it is! A wave C would be strong, fast and brutal but here the choppiness is still dragging price around... Therefore, I am really hesitant with switching to long!

My bias is still bearish, but to be honest, this sideways drag depletes my patience. I give it one more day and if still nothing happens I would stay away from opening trades this whole week or at least until I see real momentum.

Let's see if we will get a strong signal soon!

*On a side note: I also started to feel like maybe this whole structure is just a wave A and real wave B down hasn't even started yet.. Oh my oh my..

I expect a drop below 1.0250, but don't know if, its going to fall from here, or from an upper resistance, Daily volatility according to CME options is 77 pips, the price can move +/- pips from that and in the news only US Jolts is a significant release and nothing else on the calendar.

Resistance levels are at 1.0294, 1.0300/25/39/49/54/60/67/79 and support at 1.0246/26/14/06//1.0178/147. I think thats enough for today.

As I shared this chart last night, here is Frankfurt about to deal with nearest support: 1.0249! (my GREEN ma line is also in sync with it)

If bears can achieve a candle close below the dashed median line of the channel, things could get faster... Let's see.. (but first and foremost: they must stay below 1.0266)

This structure and the behavior of price action is very bearish for me and only reminds me a big drop from highs. It should be just profit taking from the options market, don't forget it isn't an easy job to close books if, you are a big bank, it takes days after the end of month to complete the job.
