Just some significant events for next week:

ITA Unemployment Rate, EU Unemployment Rate, ISM Manufacturing PMI, US JOLTs Job Openings, GER Balance of Trade, US ISM Non-Manufacturing PMI, US Balance of Trade, US Unemployment Rate, & US Non Farm Payrolls.

The most significant will be on Friday, the US Non Farm Payrolls. A good number here will help the FED to keep going with rate hikes.

EURUSD should fall, it didn't took the chance to rise above the main resistance at 1.0279 this week, so the road for more downside for me is open yet.

Also we may see some slowdown in volatility, but it is still well. More slow down expected from 15 August until the start of September where the most employers will be missing for vacations.

Checking lattest situation, last leg down and up both incomplete, done for name sake apparently and next week may repeat both before decision! In that sense enough bear movement due before take off bull if ultimately possible. Looks pa somehow managed to hold this week to get some more time.
Price may try close daily over 0216 and 0228 but may end at or below 0210 bear side on daily tf, h4 tf may at 2015 and weekly try close above 0210, still a doji! As smaller tf may below 0205 towards 0197! Take care

breaking limits down 105.56 for up as 4rth to run for 5 th then total top changes with a top failure usdx , so further correction down in abc before further up , down can be minimum/very strong pa now , over 105.07/104.30 as medium strong and standard to weak over 101.30 to 100.27 .now monthly shooting star present to see consequences ! usdx bull still not totally lost, any level can hold and crazy extend , like now level or 104.54 . hope unstandard the situation ! thanks

EURUSD closed a bearish bar below 1.0339, a long term support. The trend is bearish and can drop down significant at 0.9600, although we might see a correction towards 1.0339 broken support now resistance.

In the Daily graph you can see now the trend is ranging inside a bearish trend and the volatility (bollinger bands) have droped some, this warns that more range trading is coming.

In 4H we see that the trend is trying to move above that high at 1.0279, but many obstacles like, 200 SMA will slow down this small advance.

My Quick H4 Opinions for Monday

  1. I know, many of you are tired from this choppy price action and of course now you are expecting (almost brain forcing) a quick break above main resistance so that we finally can complete wave C.. I hear you!
  2. That said, I am not that sure that market will hand you this dream just so easily! I have my suspicions!
  3. To me, the current wave B doesn't feel deep enough! Most stops of early bulls are most likely waiting below 1.0070 and have not been touched yet! If banks just give up on those and push price higher, then so be it, I wouldn't mind at all and happily jump on the "C" train wagon...
  4. But NOPE! I think robber banks will eventually create a new dump down to 1.0070 area before pumping up! Maybe it is just me, but this is the gut feeling I have, so I will be looking for sell opportunities as long as H1 candles open below main resistance on chart (1.0255 area)... and if this goes really below 1.0070, I would be one of the most aggressive buyers this thread has ever seen..
