I think Oliver meant on M15, at the time the trade was awaiting, you would not see no HS. B.Mir also said it was hidden. Only when you switch to M5 you can see several HS around before, at and after the killzone. I think Oliver as soon as he hear of HS pattern, he should switch to M1, M5, M15 etc ... alternately, we should expect a pattern, a reversal, a move would first evolve, start off from low TF, mark them, then going back to M15 you should see their traces

It's been answered, but yes my point was on M15 there was no pattern. The most clear one I see was on M5, where I highlighted it. I see no problem in that, but in that case the instructions should have been "look for a H&S on M15, or below".

Based on my understanding of his method, when you have your levels marked on the hourly time frame, wait for a shoulder to form at a level, that is candle closing around the level, which is the the first leg shoulder. Now, wait for another hourly candle to break the shoulder high/low; thus forming the head. Immediately this has happened, take your reversal trade, by the third hourly, at the high/low of the first shoulder.

Here is my chart I use to calculate and look at my levels. I even added price identification for levels so that they are easier to identify.

I don't know what 12:45 is, 9:45 candle on my current logged in broker, since different brokers use different times, but checking it it retraced back to 1715.29, did 1715.14 a couple of minutes earlier.

I have decided/set those times based on my availability in reference to my local time. You can set your own once you know what you're doing or what you've to do, whatever suits you in the 23 hour timeline of a day movement on Gold.

No, each week is different, each day is different, study a month at least. You have to also keep NFP and other supposed important news into consideration. For example, if I know on Monday 2 Pm is a Sell, if NFP is at 2PM I would refrain due to large spreads, movement faster than your fingers etc.
