Those are for tomorrow, I believe . 1.0270 will keep rejecting bulls till tomorrow. We pray Lagarde does well and it will fly, but today Wednesday I hope it goes down. Meanwhile, on H4...

  1. All the smart money and retail stops are probably gathered somewhere between 1.0215 and 1.0175... That's why robber banks will probably create a fake drop before price bounces up from channel's bottom edge...
  2. However, if channel bottom edge breaks that would be a whole other story and I stay away from that idea for now since picture is still bullish!
  3. Therefore: Let's focus on 1.0216 area and trade according to reaction, which could come after 4 to 8 hours...
  4. Patience and timing is key!

1.0221 is holding well yet bulls did something here from the 1.0274 fall today, but they will need more. I don't like the way EU failed before it missed 1.0277 resistance, this is a bearish signal and may wait for a strong new to get rid off it.

A break below 1.0220 low today could give the bear more time until tomorrow ECB's decision - targets are at 1.0150/1.0120 and 1.0100, but watch at 1.0202!

Meanwhile, on M30...

  1. If we look at this in correlation with H4.. here we can see that price can not rise back above 1.0253 area and therefore robber banks could soon put a play of stop hunting..
  2. Again: Most stops are probably positioned wisely below supportive areas (red dots) and the hunting process could first and foremost target 1.0210 area and maybe a little lower... That's why I mentioned 1.0175 on my H4 analysis!
  3. The hunting should happen fast, because it should create only a pierce-through but not a candle close below the lowest supportive level. That's exactly what we must watch: If we see any M30 candle close below 1.0210, then I would delay buying dips... In such case, only after M30 candles open back above 1.0210 it would make sense to continue buying dips!
  4. On a side note: please notice the 2 heads sticking out from left-shoulder zone.. That could also signal a double top and the possibility that price could reverse completely. Beware!

  1. Nearest support for the next 2 hours: 1.0234 and nearest resistance: 1.0262
