I am afraid we will be in a tight range for a while. There will be some volatile up and down movements but nothing major. Yes the most popular traded pair stalled so did the rest of the market along with it (I can hear the brokers screaming). Only if the DXY goes down the market will move, it is the only one (out of stubborness) left with a decent range to trade because it is the one that has to move substantially to make the rest move, but that might come to an end too as well.
