- Just to give you a different perspective, I am thinking that price needs to break out of this wedge we are in...
- Additionally, I believe, this sell-off is (or will stay) related with the ellipse curve on chart: 0.9934 area,
- I am not saying that price will 100% touch the bottom curve, but IF it does, I am okay with it... The possibility that price might break out way earlier than expected is also something to consider... (1.0038 would be earliest break out level falling right at Friday's Frankfurt opening hours)
- Long story short: just like any other narrowing channel, this falling wedge will eventually end with a break out and until then we must assume that bears will force price lower as much as they can!
- *The scribbling on my chart is just a random thought...

Good morning. With lot going on the fundamental scene of EU - a new story: resignation of Draghi in Italy and Friday I am afraid that EU will spike up - chances are bigger from yesterday.
FED has pured some cold water in 1.00% rise and ECB is going to meet next week posibly for 0.25% rise, but lots of talks that it is going to raise another 0.25% are on the wires. Also I expect to see its new bond program.
So, we may see some profit taking from the bears and the price above 1.0100.
From the other EU is bearish and it can drop to yesterdays lows again, but it needs to break 0.9984 support first, if 1.0011 doesn't support a small drop from here, or from the upper range at around 1.0051.
A break of the last (1.0051) should bring higher prices; only if, bulls want to follow then, 1.0098 should come sweet.
In the US Retail sales is the main event and the calendar forecasts a better view.

For today, I will keep it very simple:
- For a chance of reversal, bulls must first and foremost try to stay above 1.0012,
- If that fails, they must try to stay at least above 0.9959...
- If bulls fail that, then what is left is 0.9934 and 0.9915...
That's all

Fellow traders. I remember end of 2014-2015 like it was yesterday. This fall looks significant and it is, of course, but I just want to point out what we all already know : this slope's angle could get worse. Those steep hills are a real skier's dream ! until there is an avalanche
The very few avalanche survivors are the ones that were already far ahead of it AND that, despite the panic, skied like never before, mad and flawlessly, as the crushing tons of ice and snow followed behind.
