Shorting EU here is a rookie mistake. Yesterday's move will be repeated over and over and at the least unsuspecting time price will fly away. That 0.9970 to 1.0000 zone will be defended fiercely. It is so temping to short multi decade lows because price keeps rubbing the support. But shorting it will be a huge mistake. Let's see how it goes.
Remain on your side buddy. as long as 1.0000 is defended this seems to be running as plan. Still targeting a retrace to 1.0270 or even 1.0350 area to start shorting again

Trade fakeouts, not breakouts.

After stops are taken out the market tends to reverse.
Of course, this isn't always the case as nothing ever is with trading.

They keep testing our patience. I am aware, however, that such heavy duty selling these past few weeks cannot be easily overturned in just a few candles. It will rotate and waste time before moving up.

Now sentiment is very bearish looking at 0.9 and below

Shorting the dollar (DXY). There should be nowhere much higher to go at parity or even below with the Euro and the rest of the basket at their lows.

If they only realized that doing so it adds up and limits the opportunities for both sides in the market. Today is a perfect example what I have been saying all along, parity will cause disfunction in the market.
