Once today closes bearish doji as it seems it would, just forget about buying tomorrow and expect an extended move to 0.99255

Damn that was close!! I sold from 1.0058. My indicators showing down but lets see.... selling at this levels is risky so i'll break even if anything

Yeah, I was in bed at the time haha, so no worries. Also, I think selling here is not risky personally... apart from the mental technical 1.0000 parity level, there is absolutely no fundamental reason to buy Euros, non. I will continue only to look for sells.

True that about the Euro buy is no no now, will see the "news" tomorrow, but I would like to sell from 1.0094 level, looks good to me (if it goes up there though)

That would break the technical down structure if it went that high, but still a nice level and I see why you chose it. For big entries I still like 0073. Scalps until then

After a successful break the minimum limit 0071 next bounce target goes to 0090. 0190 should be minimum correction target as signal for further up again. So if want tanking do before this level. Lets see

I have been strongly bullish Usd and bearish Eur since 1.15 and argued that the pair should reach parity this year and last night this important figure was touched so...now what?
In my book, the answer is simple, CONTINUATION
Looking at the monthly posted chart we can see that since the 2008 ATH at 1.6 the pair is trading downwards and the old 1.2 zone support acted as resistance back in 2018 and 2021.
Also, the extremely important 1.04-1.05 support is clearly broken down now and we should expect lower prices from now on.
From a fundamental point of view, all are in favor of a strong USD and a weak EUR so I would not be surprised at all if EURUSD will reach 0.85 in the next 6 months or so.
The best strategy for this pair is selling rallies and ONLY EurUsd back above 1.05 will temper this aggressive downtrend

My conclusion from yesterday is that EURUSD is going to stay in the sidelines because, first EURUSD reached to parity, a bounced where expected somewhere near, second the move was swallow and didn't managed to break more upside levels, but also failed to complete at least my desired range of pips in the day which that makes it also bearish and third it retraced a big part of the bounce and broke support at 1.0033 - not strong.

The reason why bears are at the sidelines yet is that they afraid 1.0000, want a better price, or wait for the news to come out - US CPI today.

Bulls should push to reach at the yesterday high again and try to break it.

I think it is going to keep that pace until the US session and the US CPI, so until then range trading is favored.

For today, all I care is if 0.9960/80 border will support or not...

  1. If yes, we can see a strong bounce up..
  2. If no, we dive deeper into the abyss.. (lol no no just kidding.. next I have 0.9949 as important wave count support!)

Meanwhile, on H1...

  1. Traffic jam around flat GREEN line..
  2. Can 1.0008 area stall bears?
  3. If yes: a bounce back up to retest 1.0028..
  4. If no: we go lower to retest previous lows at 0.9999...

Most of its bullish potential lost from that drop to 1.0007, but no forecast is that accurate and EU still has chances to climb back above 1.0024 again and test 1.0053. From there we should wait and see again.
