Quick Weekly Wave-Count

  1. I slightly altered my wave count: This way I am getting a narrower wave 5 completion zone.
  2. Since we are already below 1.0270 the minimum option is obsolete.
  3. From here, our wave 5 could end near midpoint: 1.0111 OR with maximum drop somewhere around 0.9951... Guessing a precise completion level is impossible! (at least for me )
  4. For today: try to trade extra cautious since this is a NFP Friday!
  5. On a side note: I am also noticing that MACD is slowly forming divergence!

If the wave is over at 1.011 it makes a lot of sense, expecting NFP to not exceed last months, but high enough to touch 1.011 briefly, assuming the asians dont sell off dollars overnight. Im in scalp only mode for now until direction is clearer. If the bears are fattened up for hybernation, could be awhile.

Daily S/R Levels for NFP Friday

  1. The lower edge of my descending channel is supportive -for now-,
  2. If bears can break through 1.0120/30 next stop would be 1.0110... and 1.0130 would become resistance...
  3. Today, the "news effect" is extra important! Let's see how this trend will progress!

MACD is a good sign of a bounce.

1.0164 failed, bearish trend, EU may move below 1.0125 to 1.0115 & 1.0107.

Edit: broke 115 already! If, it continue that way we may see the 100 pips I was mentioning earlier!

The silence from the ECB is deafening knowing that a weak currency will cause further damage. It is coordinated attempt to make it hit parity and lower its trading range against the dollar. Will be hard pressed to see the Euro trading above 1.08 in the future. Will see it to 1.05ish.
