Wow. What a crazy day... got my butt kicked on the massive drop and was then able to recover all the lost pips and then some on the big move back up... Quitting this week while I'm ahead. LOL

Looks respecting a limit up and last short there to see close as important. Other sign symptoms looks thing it will not respect it and still correc down for close matter.

just went long on the eur/usd 4h time frame, nice bullish engulfing on support level

I have a really vague view of whether it is going to form a triple bottom or head towards a wave 5 and further decline.
If I can find an answer to this ambiguity, it would be very helpful

Meanwhile, on H1...

This is the last chart I am sharing for this week and soon I am calling it a day and week..

1. Since H1 candles closed above 1.04116, I got rid of all my shorts..
2. I believe the yellow triangle area will probably become a cage for price until market close, because volume is already low. The upper edge is currently at 1.0428.. I expect price to stop there.
3. While price is below my GREEN ma line, overall trend on this timeframe is still bearish, but on Monday we must re-check if bulls want to retest the GREEN ma line area around 1.0440.

Of course, now I see more chances of completing a wave 5 and falling.
what causes confusion for me in summing up is the American economic data, the results of which were awful in these few days.

Most probable, market unable close at perfect level yet and no good bull intention so far but at least it tried deliberately or failed to have some rewards from bear so at or even a new bottom may get good bounce. No tripple top yet just assuming if comes true, even in monthly tf. And on good support still! Daily tf price close online I see. May bull weeks next. Take care

The price is ranging in a bearish trend and probably the short opportunities are going to offer more pips than the long opportunities, but in a summer season we may see both long and short strategies make the same money around, because of probable ranging conditions.

Watch! To a sustainable - strong break of 0339 (Monthly level) my view will not count anymore and only shorts will be offered as the best opportunity to make more money and longs will be in danger of a great loss. The price may reach to 1.0210 first.

Next week the NFP will be the event of the week (Friday). Also watch for the FOMC at Wednesday to see if, any change in rates sentiment, but I don't think so.

Daily S/R Levels for Monday-Tuesday

1. On Friday, bears head their struggle to drop below 1.0428 and on Monday, that might encourage bulls a little, but overall, as long as price is below 1.0485, this timeframe is still bearish!
2. On the other hand, if bears can break below 1.0428, the next potential bounce area would be somewhere around 1.0318/38...
3. If bulls can keep price above 1.0428, their obvious mission would be to break above 1.0485...

EU moved some pips up at Asia session, but failed. Now it is ranging inside the blue shaded area (see chart) a break of the last mentioned will lead the price to the next level, or the price will reverse back in the ranging area again.

US is celebrating the 4th of July and the banks will be closed for holiday, so I expect lower volatility at the US session.

We are currently in a verified support zone on both daily, weekly and monthly according to my system.
I just don't feel comfortable selling at these levels especially as monthly has refused to create lower lows.

1.0433/38 is trendline resistance on H4... Price is clinging for now! Instead of bouncing down it also could break above. Beware until current H4 candle closes to see where it has closed! Don't rush! 1 hour until H4 candle close on my broker.

1. Pair is flowing sideways.. Independence (from Great Britain) day in the USA adds more fuel to the overall lack of volume... Not a good day to trade!
2. Currently candles are below dotted resistance: 1.0432...
3. A little lower we also have 1.0411 as previous resistance which might act as support now..
4. Long story short: this tight range can only be traded with M1 or M5...
