I see one problem with your EWT count. Im no PRO EWT guy, but I do use it quite often, with fairly good success. My count has wave 3 ending in November, but you could stretch it to ending in January. That is the standard/expected/typical Fib extensions needed by the EWT rules (or at least the rules that I use). If you use the NOV time, wave 5 should have ended at 1.0477, if you use the January end date then 1.0367. It looks like you stretched your wave 3 longer to the March low. If the March low is wave 3, then your count could be right. However, the 618 extension needed for wave 3 completion was completed in November.

Just a thought.

But, what I see the market took only the opportunity for a little rest - a bit of bounce back to balance the indicators not to stay permanent in the oversold zone. There was no aggressive trend reversal. What I see so far the downward trajectory might continue after the retrace.

PCE today reduced the possibility of raising interest rates by 0.75 points in the next Fed meeting.

Not necessarily. He can use the PCE as a reason if he want... but not must. If this would be so clear then the DXY would have plunged and the EUR exploded.
Remember! Powell needs ammunition for the next rate cut due to the trouble that is brewing. And he has only a chance to get at least a little if he raises now quickly faster than everyone else.

Don't worry, you will get your EUR booom... but not yet!

If this recent drop to 1.0380 was actually Wave 3 of Wave 5, we should probably be looking for a 4 by 5 sub-wave now.
From the same wave count that dear Ata has taken the trouble to prepare.

Anyone took this bounce from 0383 demand line below the target zone? It rised 78 pips and is looking for more - probable to 0500/15 first.
Now this entry should be locked at least to break even. 0420 is where the trail should go, if you like to get some pips just in case it drops again.
