Has worked nearly to the pip . Forgot to mention in the last post that the potential pullback to the 1.0470 area would also mean that distance between previous day low and a possible new day high was around 33 pips , similar to yesterdays pullback .


Edit : obviously , still most of trading day ahead , that area could still be invalidated .

No worries, the 3 black craws will come. At the moment only a bit struggle of the DXY on the 105.00 level. But that will give way eventually after some re-alignment between the other currencies during the first 1-2 London market hours.

Little drama around 1.0454 resistance, but bears gently kicked in to show that they are still in control...

Next 4 H close will be very important . Currently 1.0456 area being tested on 1 H and 15 M. Still 1H 15 m to its close .

On the other hand I don't like 2nd false break of 1.0435 low . I think bulls might still say something .

Its good to look the numbers that are coming out at the FF calendar every day. In fact this came out the last 10 minutes: EUR Italian Monthly Unemployment Rate 8.1% 8.4% 8.4% well bellow the previous number, but traders remembering yesterdays EURUSD's failure after some good Spanish CPI numbers and bearish price action together with fund managers buying USD to re-balance their portfolios for the last day of Month, gives this choppy image on the 15/30 minute graphs.

I guess this hourly long tailed bearish candle will keep EU well below it for a drop to 0400.

Watching DXY via 5M, those who own the market bought up to 104.87 only to sell to 104.69 and the earlier BUY is being mitigated, and after this they will move it down to 104.69 and below, meaning EU will go up. Let us wait and watch!!

Please be careful! This was most probably the flush. In 5 min we have the London 10am swing!!! And a new 4h candle.
We are right at DXY 105.00 - if that breaks up that will be a move!

London 10am is a critical moment in a day... most of the time movement starts or it even turns hard. Burned my fingers many times on that until I realized this. I would recommend to take that order out before it's too late.

Not very strong bearish 4 H close , but it closed where previous bar opened and with 4 H inside bar false break . Bears are more in control .No proper support below , lets see what happens next .

If I look at the volumes - which are relative low for this time of the day - then I think more that bulls and bears are not controlling but staying aside for the moment until the core PCE comes out in 3 hours. Except there is some underground chatter or "leakage"... then they might step in with their force.

O.k. Two days left until the end of the week, I am sure bears are taking profits and will continue to do so. This is the 4H chart analysis I shared at the weekend, so you can see clear how it was, before and compare it with your charts.

Now the price is looking at the main target, but it could move further at the down supply and support lines (grey/red) so you can lock any profits above 0469 and wait for the TP to hit, or take more profits towards 0350 with the same tactic - locking at swing highs.

Hi All,

i already made risky trade: Long at 1.04028 with SL at 1.04003, TP: Open.

It's short term trade for small boynce to zone: 1.0480-90.

Reason: i don't trust for move down on EUR in same time when 10YUSBONDs also going up ( percent rate i going down ), and also i suppose US500 futures will also bounce fro existing level before open US session.

It's very risky trade.
