The Thursday candle opened below the dotted line: bears definitely have the upper hand now!

The 15th I believe was the background for this year, (turn of the month, year, days, hours etc...)
I've been working with my orders, but buying the funds for the holidays. I hope to be sure of that...

EUR/USD extended its rejection from trendline resistance around 1.0600 as hawkish comments from Fed Chair Powell boosted the greenback and sent the pair back below the key 1.0500 level.

The inability to close above 1.0600 earlier this week followed by Wednesday's breakdown does open the door for this pair to retest its lows. However, it is important to remember that all trading carries risk especially with with EU unemployment and US inflation due on Thursday which will likely add volatility.

Yesterday certainly exaggerated down, so watching for limits 0466 and 85 to what next. Looks impulse but may corrective abc ended. 0485 will confirm what done! Take care

Meanwhile, on H1...

  1. Asia tried to climb above 1.0454, but no success,
  2. Waiting for London opening so that volume can kick in,
  3. Overall it seems like bears lost some steam, but they are still effective. (at least for now)

EU continued the downside after it closed below 0445 and tried to bounce here now - high at 0458, but looks like, its heading back down again to Daily support and maybe lower, the volatility is 63 pips. It needs to take out the high - blue shaded area and trendline to continue up at the next levels.

Lets see if, it can reach the lows at 0350 today.

1.0460 is critical resistance on Daily! It is my dotted trendline on the wave chart!

1.0469 is another resistance waiting on H1, 1.0480 is another and finally 1.0490 on Daily again.

Therefore, to me, it is not worth to countertrend trading inside these conditions!

Bounced above the trendline and created a new decision point at 0448 - pivot.

Taking the day off. Tight range today and risky. May not break above 1.05 or go pretty close to it, big money tomorrow do not want to risk a sudden upward moves to mess their expiry starting at 1.0545 tomorrow.

Any traders with access/ingo as to who bought the contracts for tomorrow will be greatly appreciated. I remember seeing someone posting some info before but cannot find it. Thank you and have great trades.

EU fell from a tough cliff and to climp back up above again looks hard.

This was (0469) the 4H broken demand level I gave you at weekend. 0445 was the low of 4H chart and the price has to at least close above it to say that we are waiting for a small correction up. Of-course anything might happen before.

0406 is a good target to consider for the day, if you are a bear!

Edit: more targets, just below 0400 > 0398 and 0383.
