Because of EURCAD and EURCHF
i will change j from 3 to 5
EURC - first four characters are common for both pairs
so be careful for first 5 letters, and expert will take care for other suffix characters.

Hi,

Has the 'MATH_ONLY' button (referred to in Post 7553) been removed from new EA versions? I can't find it on the dashboard (0A30).

ONL-MATHY will only remove dashboard and all buttons, but other tough tasks will continue like SMART TP/SL , avgTp etc...

Thank you Brother for sharing your knowledge and experience here.
Do account size of 1000 (To trade 0.01 lots) and 10000 (To trade 0.1 lots) will be enough to absorb DD if trades executed using MACD reversal or other technical reasons ? (OD range from 25 to 50.)

Hi,
I have switched to _0A29 over the weekend from _0A31.
To speed up the EA according to posts 12058-12092, I also made the following changes in the default settings (_aa_SMART_GRID.csv file):

1. Turn on ITERATE button (Post 12063)
2. Using red dipson buttons doesn't show any IN-OUT details in expert/journal (Post 12079).
So, with no journal data I am unable to discover my PC best timing design.
3. LEVERAGE already deactivated (ORDER_LEVERAGE_RECORDER=NO) from default file (Post 12086).
4. Set TRADING_TIMER from 1 to 5 from default file for better performance (Post 12088).
5. Also set EXPERT_TIMER from 1 to 2 from default file for better performance.
6. Error recorder already disabled by default (Post 12089).

My observation after these changes is now as follows:
A. The EA is now very UNRESPONSIVE. Instead of speeding up, it has slowed down. It freezes between 1-2 minutes and during this freeze time, BOTH Terminal Time and Local Time as well as EVERY other button on the dashboard (including the Master Key, and math calculations under the 8 columns) freeze. After this rather long freeze phase, the dashboard momentarily blacks out and then you can see the new time on Terminal Time and Local Time but none of the timers tick during the freeze periods. Any button clicked during the freeze cycle also appears to have been activated only after the freeze phase.
B. When I press the VPN button or ONLY_MATH, the following box appears on the dashboard and starts counting (not uniformly for each second though). I have seen this timer box in previous versions as well:

Should I go back and unwind the changes I have made, or is there some other problem that I don't understand?
FYI, I am trading 18 elements.

A29 is not related to speeding

speeding start from ver A50 month agoA29 just to corret some possible errors like your case with alpari+plus latest posts

NO
for 10,000 use 0.01 and OD must not be less than 50J with TP must not be less than 150J

but for 1,000 use few pairs

The freezing issue has now disappeared but I can still see the following two artifacts on the dashboard when VPS or Only_Math is applied:

yes, it must be applied to any new version.
later from A37 i guess we include MIRA also in speeding process, plus math calculation. were illustrated last month posts.

UPDATE:

I am still experiencing the freezing of the dashboard! So, I have to correct my previous statement.

BOTH Terminal Time and Local Time plus GMT Timer as well as EVERY other button on the dashboard (including the Master Key, and math calculations under the 8 columns) freeze for around a minute. I just don't see any of these three timers clicking as before.

I didn't notice this lag in A34 that I used for some time.

_0A29 version works fine with me.
Did you delete the old _aa_SMART_GRID.csv file before attaching the new version at the first time?
Try once again to delete the current _aa_SMART_GRID.csv file and then reattach the new version.
