Although REPEAT_ORDERS=NO and SHOW_REPEAT_MODE_TP_SL=NO, why does EA still enforce TP=RED (HIDDEN)?

i am checking it.
I click trading off red button but it doesn't turn on.

When I click orange button changes don't register.
Trying to change the lot size as well but nothing happens. Dummy number doesn't change when I click. tried turning pass button on and off and tried it but red and black.
