From a technical standpoint e/u seemed oversold, but fundamentally nothing has changed - EU is going into a deep recession, once again, of it's own making thanks to their response to the Ukraine conflict.

However bad, there's no way US will be worse off - not by a longshot.

Hi,
we are running ecb interest rate rise euphoria. I'm always running for the next top or bottom but right now I'm careful.
Ecb will never raise rates like USA and always it will be more soft in the EU. So this is right now euphoria.

Patience now. Watching PA closely...

Tuesday's break 1.0700 may have opened the door for EUR/USD to sustain a move higher after months of bearish pressure.

However, the pair is still well-within a bearish channel coming from early-February, and it's ability to test, and potentially break above, channel resistance will likely come down to whether the ECB can actually back-up their recent hawkish comments with action.

Of course, all trading carries risk, especially given the downsides risks that remain for the Euro due to the current macroeconomic and geopolitical backdrop.

Daily S/R Levels for Wednesday

  1. 1.0728 area is the bull stopper for now..
  2. Based on wave count: since we expect that the potential high of the current wave 4 mustn't touch the low of wave 1, 1.0805 is my extreme limit in case price continues higher!
  3. Bears however could have a small bottleneck around 1.0692, intraday wise..
  4. Overall, trend is still bearish, but I believe bulls can still push price towards 1.0788 in coming days..

with eary signal , short started , 1st early confirmation done and now waiting for good 2nd signal and top failure signal , price may bounce at both levels though . take care

perfect 0666 but limit up now 0680 and doing this bear likely take the advantages , so 2nd and real 1 confirmation at 0660 will not hold , so next support goes to tl 0647/below 0643 areas

That's what I would wish too.. The lower the better for me.. but personally I think 1.0666 is a real psycho bitch..

as of daily tf , next good support / tl may at bull failure level 0606 and if any extension may do over it , looks not , then support goes to 0480 levels . take care

I think 1.0609 is a good place to buy.
