Time to reveal a personal touch of mine which I'm somewhat proud of. Have you ever wondered if it was possible to compare/combine data from several brokers in real time? I did and solved that. I attached this threads most beautiful pic so far, showing usdjpy today 27/04 with price/volume analysis/chart from 3 metatrader brokers at the same time. The more data you can get in every strategy, the more precise and valid will it be as well as eliminating noise and coincidences. {image}

I did this in Python.
You could see that with some brokers there were sometimes spikes, while on other brokers nothing happened... a good way to detect price manipulation/price errors

Since this theory/strategy can be applied I'm still in process of what works best, either combining different timeframes or stick only to daytrading. In general I prefer daytrading, so I'm leaning that way. The puzzle should soon be put together. I decided not to make new experiment on demo account, it shows lack of trust. When I feel ready I will trade my own money on real live account soon. I don't want to be all talk and no action.

I shared this thread and I don't want to disappoint. This is time consuming to sit with throughout the days and I hope it can pay out time invested at some point soon. To be updated and trade well, gents! (Attached chart of M1 eurusd today since clear signals, this will be last visuals before concrete results. Still very open to suggestions from you, I value help and private messages)

This afternoon daytrading/scalping.
(Changed colors for better visibility, pink=price black=volume flows, I compare data from three different brokers to confirm) attached pics will show you why trades were entered and exit according to strategy.

Thanks bro for like! I think the strategy is pretty much as good as it can get now. Only thing to do if what time frame to trade it or confirm entries using more timeframes. Most important factor is the 'ratio' in the gap between price and volume. The more 'extreme', the better entry. I attached pics showing example of types of situations we're looking for. Big gaps and big ratios.

What timeframe do you use in upper shots? Did you try combine it with divergences levels?

m5 and m15, it works the same on all timeframes. I just normally focus on m1 daytrading only. It can be combined with other parameters for entries, I use this only though because this is the by far best I developed and put together in my 15 years of trading.

This is m1 today from 11pm yesterday of eurusd, notice that not all pairs give clear signals all the time. Today been pretty mixed where price and volume flows been following each other. I look at all 28 pairs multiple time and compares volume flows from many different metatrader brokers. Pic is data overlayed three times. But yeah notice how price and volume always plays and challenge each other.

How did you solved unreliable volume data in FX?
Unless you use future volume data that you need to pay for it

Well, I agree that there is much noise in volume data in FX, but after testing many different sources like futures data. It's not possible to get a complete overview of volume activity in general because market is huge and is being traded on many instruments etc. I think that combining volume flows over different metatrader brokers give a valid sentiment insight. I personally finds volume useless unless it's compiled and stacked.
However, once you see the volume flow lines things made sense, at least for me it did. If you total volume on the timeframes tick data you get the line, then by theory line of this and line of price should follow each other. By idea of this, the entries on big differences in this is a theory which many would understand. After looking at this for a long time, this dance between them is great for analysis, at least in my opinion.
Thanks for votes in poll, I appreciate the feedback. It's pretty mixed so time will tell if this will be proven profitable or if I'm delusional (hope not, lol) Ps: I know it's hard to wrap head around, especially when you don't have indicators yourself, I will consider sharing more. By the way the classic more standard volume indicators such as pvt, obv and others, can be used if you can find a way to overlay and scale it with price.

Attached eurusd today on one broker, a couple opportunities of black/volume trades, for info. I'm once again started a demo today where I've using my time trying to yield a decent report to prove it. I jinxed it to early on chf trade, but most other trades today been profitable. When personal finances allows it, real acc myfxbook time.
