Typo correction coming. 0684.5 should be 0584.5. Its correct below

Pa it testing 0584.5 atm. Its attracted to 0550.x. But once below 0584.5 (if it breaks and starts closing below 0584.5.) respect it. More so if it starts closing below 0506.8.

What's up everyone, I'm back after taking a bit of a break.

EU looking very interesting. Top side liquidity grab is done, and I positioned a sell limit at 0643, which would've gotten me in on a short targeting 1:11. It only went up to 0642...I swear this happens to me so much that I've stopped reacting emotionally. I have a habit of refining Supply/Demand zones and also taking the 50% of them to optimize entries. This often leads to missing fantastic sniper entries. I've literally missed 1:18 trades by a hair...like 0.1 pip.

Anyway, enough of my rambling. I executed a market sell last evening on a decent classic break-and-retest entry, targeting 1:6. SL was probably a little too wide, about 20 pips. Had to settle this morning for around 1:3 because I was being cautious against a possible reversal at the NY open. But I now see it's continuing nicely down to the bottom side liquidity target, and will likely continue down further.

Some of you know I'm a Wyckoff guy. I love it. The consolidation we're seeing on the higher time frames is likely yet another redistribution, with yesterday and today forming the UT. Or it may be a sign of strength (SOS), which would indicate that we're in the middle of an accumulation. I'm siding with redistribution for now...as we've seen redistribution after redistribution on this pair since July of 2021. But it's always tricky trying to figure it out midway through.

Indeed, if the NFP report shows low job growth and low wage inflation, the dollar will sell.

It may occur much earlier than you think.

Right now the US stock market in experiencing panic and there is a LOT of US Dollars floating around now. I'm worried that the DXY is not pausing and it may break 104 today.

My thought process on this:

Markets are trading on what they believe will occur tomorrow with NFP. (Sell the rumor and buy the facts????)

If EU hold 105 that would be a remarkable feet (IMHO) for the day.
