What time frame for HAS1 , HAS2 and Swinger Direct?

Welcome Allammof! Welcome to the rabbit hole All of these questions are good ones and we will all have different answers as we use the software differently. I personally think of it as hands down the best MT4 tool out there. As with any tool you can move a mountain over time with a haul truck, a loader, some explosives and it would be recommended to not use any of those tools to eat breakfast.

1. What's the logic behind you picking your basket? ( eg, Heat Map , Correlation ... etc)?

Buy low sell high As many winners as possible, closing with the max profit possible and the least drawdown. How I run is I look at the D1 charts decide the direction or ranging then plan my basket for the day accordingly. That said, I am always scratching my head trying to minimize drawdown while capturing long trends. The basket buttons are fun too but I have not put enough time into using them to be able to properly explain the results.

2. What time of the day do you pick your basket? ( Broker time or local time and I will convert it into GMT)

Most of us start an hour or two after the new broker day starts that lands me around 5pm Mountain. Sometimes I will just start the thing on a new day (3pm for me) and have the spread limit low to make sure i don't hit any of those high spreads. Problem with this method is sometimes the signals given in the first couple hours are trash as there is low volume. That said there are tactics that thrive in low volume. It's one of those up to the user sort of things.

If I am trading manually on D1 I wait until the day is nearly ended 2pm my time so the bar has as much information as possible for what went on throughout the day, pick the trend direction for the next day or decide that it is ranging then either ignore it or tinker with a fun ranging setup on demo.

3. What filters do you use?
I use a HAS1 H1 and HAS2 D1 setup slightly different then default to filter trend then using something like wave rider or trend rider to trigger the trade on a low time frame say M15 (catches swings on wave M5 on Trend (catches breakouts). There are a lot of filters the options and combos seem endless then stack that on top of 5 big banks 3,800 hedge funds (in the US alone) 9.6 million people making life decisions with their currency of choice. Some filter combos take too many trades some take no trades.

4. What trade management settings do you use?
Money management is by far the big winner here, throw a dart and as long as you hit the board you are a winner.

My safe bet is on D1 place two trades on a pair at the beginning of a trend with a 1.5 ADR SL 1st trade TP at 1 ADR and let the second trade run until the trend is over.

We like screenshots, and sharing failures. There is a lot of information out there, The more you know the more questions you will ask yourself.

Question can you give an example of how you decide on trend direction on a D1 chart as you commented below ? As 1 bar a day would not make a clear direction woukd it ? Sorry still learning

Question, is this an extension of your work in recent months with a system that you let run for the whole week, or is this altogether different?

This is a TS2 that I have been working on over the past few months and it is starting to show good results.

This week I will run 2 tests, one going in and out the same day with a basket and the other I will just let run all week and I will see how they compare with no intervention from me, all hands off.
