Do you manually close trades when you are in profit?
Here is one that did not start off with a bangidea is to be keeping trades open long term exiting on big trends with a large SL. Will be kicking this idea around for a while on the back burner. {image}

Hi Traders
I am still here just busy with other things but I have been watching the forum so keep it alive and going.
I have been working on a new TS2 for the past several months that uses some newly designed algos that look to have a good chance of working out, but only time will tell. It is one you turn on at the beginning of the week and just let it go for as long as you want, it is very picky but it likes the long trends between direction changes..
Here is an example of what it has done from the start of this week. I will just let it keep running throughout the week and probably over the weekend and also through next week.

Stock Swing HAS2 1,6,1,6,direction strikes again. Only issue I can find is running running it for more baskets than a one and done, when i try to have the setup hit more than one basket some trades are not taken on any basket after the first even when the dashboard is set to H1, H4, or even M1. One and done is still hitting it really nicely though so not much of an issue. Looking forward to testing out the new TS2, take your time, more than enough successful options to play on the current currency trader, so many many options and ways to play. Love this tool, thanks!

Going to call it a week and close it down.
Will do another test next week.
The spreads are also high.
Here are the 4 trades that finished on their own for the week in profit.
As you can see I am trading the hourly chart and these trades lasted longer than one day.
I could also have left everything open and continue on with the open trades next week also.
I will try the same test next week and also a test using a trailing stop loss based on a percentage of the daily average range to see what the difference would be with an added TSL.
Will do another test next week.
