I would expect a USD rally until the next FOMC meeting. The market wants to price in a 75 bps rate hike when the FED will only deliver 50 bps.

USD seems to be turning down from a double resistance. If it does, EUR is likely in for a multi-week rally. If USD breaks out, all bets are off. So this would be a good point to go long with a stop in 1.075 area (for scalps 1.065), but the Macron weekend issue makes the stops useless

The rounded shape can be similar to a cup and handle, later. If that be the case, a bearish flag may form at some point. If pa cant start closing the month below 0835.5. it may flag for many months before a drop. 1.0835 is a big level. This is the first time being attacked with a rounded shape. The other times were a "V" (male). this is more a "U", (female) slow and steady.

Daily S/R Levels for Monday

To keep it simple, let's blur out most levels on chart below and focus on the "1.0745----1.0810-----1.0886" range!

  1. On Monday, depending on opening-price, we first must see if bulls can push and keep price above 1.0810!
  2. If yes, we might enjoy a rally to 1.0886 area...
  3. If no, we might be forced into a retest-mission towards 1.0745 area...
  4. In the case of a rally to the upside, it wouldn't be that big of a problem since many traders here (including myself) already anticipate this.. BUT a drop to 1.0745 would trigger the crucial question: Can bears break through this support and push it further down to 1.0645 area? This is the "unwanted" scenario for bulls but, it still would needed to be addressed, if 1.0745 can't support!
  5. Long story short: While below 1.0810 (and maybe 1.0850), this pair is still indecisive and therefore bulls have to trade carefully!

took you chart to see yearly tf , gasping to rescue breathing be needed before arrest & then stun with defrilliation with big hits may be indicated to come life ! anyway yearly lows likely test retest before rescue . mofu may at center of this drama/ very big ranges !

Hello!!

1H Chart (EUR/USD)
R Level - 1.0852
S Level - 1.0770

The plan I am following is simple and always the same. Once the price reaches R Level I trigger a sell order and once the price reaches S Level I trigger a buy order with TP all the way to Support or Resistance. Stop Loss is always set to 10 pips. After taking 20 pips I trigger a Trailing Stop of 10 pips just in case if some news come up and the price consequently changes its direction.
