Just an Idea. Since price is resting on a strong demand zone, price might try to retrace back to 1.0930lvls before pushing down or even break to 1.0960 lvl and then push down. Or just continue down, either way better watch before doing an entry. {image}
Waiting for a break before deciding which direction to take. So far is resting near the 1.0930 level, if price breaks 200MA (yellow line) then I will try at least a small long scalp. Until 1.0960.

Some of you old timers know me for my artistic abilities, and I am very sorry for making you wait so long for another chef-d'oeuvre !

So here is a little something I created for all you good folks and a song to go with it. Be kind, this is art therapy prescribed by my psychoanalyst

So while I was waiting for the news, calculating what could happen to weekly volatility and throwing in parallels from Covid 2020 movements and previous ones, I guess I got a bit inspired

Thanks a lot mate! I am sharing setups which have a slight chance of surviving on the longer-term, but perhaps I would exit around there indeed anyways, and reenter later... But I have to wait and see if 1H can close below 0905, then wait and see 0892 reaction, and on and on, could go down down all the way to Chinatown if bulls can let it go!.... But for scalping I already I closed some at 0919 and 0908. Look at those 3 hourly candles low wicks<0911. Chances that support is building here is getting greater by the minute in my view. Today took the short and then the long for EURUSD and +1R total since had a loss on Nasdaq (a trade i was not supposed to take)

Just saw the 1HR chart and that 20MA (0905) is resisting hard ( I will survive!) I´m still waiting for the FOMC minutes thou. After 2 days straight of lose I´m tweking up. Lets goo!!

Yes and look at the 20 on the 30m, how smooth is that ! I use MAs in the 20s, 80-90s, and 400s. Helps a lot to see in one glance what is happening on higher timeframes but also in other ways, like to quickly highlight price action in potentially crucial averages.

Speaking of which, Sold here 0917 !

I added sell stop 09044 and 0891, but both have the same condition : if the candle that triggers it does not close below it, I get out of that one.

If interested, check out 5min 445 EMA + 30min 89 SMA + price action, to understand a bit of why I sold from there.

P.S riddle for whoever is interested: what third factor did I use to enter this one. (tip: on 1H, and no indicator)

My pleasure mate ! Keep in mind, at least that is what I have come to believe through a lot of strategy developing, and I mean a lot. That no specific MA is really better than any other. It is how one uses them that makes them great helpers. Like how one can dissect prices movements in relation to them and of course, diversify their usage, and there are many, or how one combines them with other important price interpreting tools....

market trying puzzle all before big news , bear fear while still long at be . hope not work as usdx likely test tl , breakout possible rather direct go for bull though in a strong bull. 99.31 should breakdown minimum , to 99.25 and down too. so correction eu may be limited but more to do towards 0955! even breaks possible corresponding usdx breakout or tl test lets see

, losing 6 pips. But now I have 2H setup, volatility in down momentum almost confirmed, so anticipating, sell stop 1.09053, SL 35 pips.

So far so good for bears' chances to take it back, but the minutes in 10minutes! could take it all away. Even minutes, especially in times like these, can wreck havoc on intraday traders. Let's continue to trade safe ! In news wicks we do NOT trust!

And I have a big new 4H setup, sell stop 1.08992, attack the hammer! Super large 60pips SL that one, which would be moved at BE at days low.
