Bullishly, the high of the first one to the low of the current one is an imbalance. It applies to all timeframes. Most of the time these imbalances are filled, but not guaranteed by the next candle. It might happen a few candles or several candles later. It's better if I illustrate with a drawing and the actual chart example from the past three trading days.
