Economic Fundamental of US very strong, be carefull for bullish, i think midterm very bearish.

Quick Outlook for Monday

  1. Last Friday, 1.0911 was the touch-point to my descending trend line on DAILY.. Therefore I had confidence to buy 1.0916. And even if price violated my 25 pips away SL level, I stayed in just because of knowing that there should be some support around this! Thank God, in the end I was right!
  2. Now... Starting from Monday, the picture might be similar, but this time I have a steeply descending channel line and the touch to this one would happen at 1.0853... Which in my thinking is too deep and too risky to keep my long order... That's why I closed it minutes before end of week!
  3. Besides the possibility of price dropping to 1.0853 I am firstly focusing on 1.0895! Despite the fact that this is actually Tuesday's potential touch level, based on my experience, I have seen so many times that it often affects the previous day's price behavior. So I keep calculating that in.
  4. On Monday, I will look for buy opportunities whenever price comes closer to 1.0895.. Common sense wise, I will step down to smaller timeframes like the M15 or even M5 to catch early signals and precise entries BUT will not enter just because price has arrived at such level: Always check for confirmation or additional factors based on your experience and/or the system you are following!
  5. For long entries, the first blockage sits roughly around 1.0958... There, we have to be careful on Monday if we are long! Next resistance would be around 1.1010...
  6. Summary: The strong bearish drop is tossing at the descending line and 1.0895 is my potential, key support level for Monday... If support fails, my next floor sits around 1.0811.. So trade accordingly!

very difficult any significant correction . 1.0885 as one good sr or arounds failed for any reaction , even my longs activated not even reached the very initial singal 1.0944 to up and hence whatever gap it may open next may continue down for next better levels down 1.0823/0777 and down some next . so may break through my be or sl before take control! lets see how open and react next.take care all.

Below I am quickly giving you my H1 s/r levels for Monday, aligned with London opening hours...

Price roughly respects the descending channel, but I also added the median and quarter lines, to make it clear where all the s/r levels for this time frame are lurking...

During the hours of "London Opening", any "strong" H1 candle close below 1.0889 could put longs in jeopardy! My emphasis is on strong, since these are often perfect areas for banks to create fake breakouts. Be awake!

What I am saying is: IF some traders are long, then those first have to carefully watch 1.0895 support and make sure that they have set proper stops in case this level doesn't support! But if it supports, then they still have to be careful around 1.0958 resistance, which could cause bear pressure to suddenly come back! (..and yes it could spike higher all the way up to your suggested level 1.0998, but then I would definitely switch to buying dips and that is another story.. Staying in the now: A rise limited to 1.0958 is more likely on Monday, and that way it still would be an area where bears are leading, so bulls have to be careful there!)

I hope it answers your question. Nothing is guaranteed while we are trying and risking! Always trade and invest in sync to s/r levels!

The one from a week ago already had been taken profit once during that day and was stopped out at BE on second entry. And for the one I opened on Friday I already mentioned a few posts ago that I took profit minutes before market close! Currently I have no open orders. I hope it answers..

I see some interesting stats from myfxbook.com. The percentage ratio of the Longs vs Shorts is interesting. A brief uptrend is on the cards even though the general long term trend is bearish.
