DislikedHey MaPi, you wouldn't by chance consider to implement opening trades via the attached indicator ? That would be a blast ... ;-) {file}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi, just wonder about the indi, is this a version of ZigZag? I saw the indi repainting when checking it, so what will be the benifit of the indi in the EA? CheersIgnored
Disliked{quote} Mapi, If you were to consider a moving average, the Compound Ratio Moving Average (CoRa_Wave) by RedK Trader seems to have all of the best characteristics that I have found. The JMA is the only other thing that is close, I think. Please take a look. See attached. Umberleigh {image} {image}Ignored

Disliked{quote} Hi MaPi, yes IMHO it is. It repaints, nevertheless. I just thought what the heck, we're going martingale anywayand it is part of my trading style to open multiple trades when that indi alarm pops up. Because often a normal grid is not enough to recover, as we all know. And to add trades when that indi shows it, has very often been helpful. One has to work with a global stop loss though. 'twas just an idea, if it is easy to implement it would be nice, if not then just disregard it

Disliked{quote} Yes, that I guess is the main goal we're after, (half-)automatic unattended trading ;-) The reason I was posting in the thread is because I wanted to give my praises to Ikarus being a superb trading tool which helps me with my style. If I'd like to teach my style of trading, I will open another thread. So long, just keep going into direction of the WEEKLY LEVEL3+ with whatever method / tool you wish, of course. I have configured my ccfp-diff to NOT SHOW me any EUR and CHF pairs. GBPCAD got a little dumped too today, but I already closed...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hello xxl205 and thanks for your version of the system. Been test driving for a couple of days (only) and so far the results are awesome. The CCfp_diff setting used is per your FRONTPAGE template, not excluding eur and chf pairs. But now I see you are excluding them. Would be great if you would explain the reason for this configuration. It's about two weeks ago; would you keep excluding them? If so for how long? Many thanks in advance and have a nice weekend.Akira {image}
