Last time I got a reply to a support ticket was 15 hours, which I thought was ok.

I would guess your situation will take longer to solve, but you should hopefully at least get some confirmation within that time to say that their looking into it.

Don't blame them for your willful idiocy. A rational person would have known exactly what to do to prove their case. It's unfathomable how anyone can be so stupid.

This was my last response to the agent before I was ghosted:

Dear ,

We would be requiring the proof that you were not using any signal service on your account. You mentioned you used trade copier to copy trades from your personal account.

Copy trading of others persons signals is not allowed with us. As those trades (even though they are from your personal accounts) were not from your MFF account.

You're not a customer. You're a private contractor working on behalf of MFF once you signed that contract. You're supposed to know what you're doing.

And in a typical MFF fashion, I finally get a response just now from billing after explaining the whole situation and asking again to let me know what they need from me for dispute:

Just to break up the monotony of the Wiley7777 saga.............

The 5ers Bootcamp price went from 50 Euros to 85 Euros! Wow, that's some serious inflation but don't worry it's transitory.

Also, E8 Funding is offering some extra drawdown. Not a recommendation as I've never used them. Just sharing the email I got.

When I had funded account with MFF few months ago, my payments were made thro bank transfer.

There was no " Deel " payment that time.

Now they make all payments to all Independant contractors thro Deel account.

What do I do to open Deel account ?

Can any one provide links and process how to open Deel account ?

And how do I inform MFF about this ?

This was a while ago but as far as I remember you open an account providing your details and ID card. Deel verifies that and the account becomes active, allowing you to receive money in Deel.

To receive a payout MFF will send you a contract to sign in Deel's platform. You read and sign it. After that the contract is active and they are able to make you payments.

The money is received in Deel and has to be withdraw in 30 days. Withdraws to Wise or Revolut are free of charge. For other platforms like Paypal or Coinbase there's a cost.

You can also spend the balance using their virtual card, although they're very strict in the spending. I tried once to purchase a challenge with Deel balance and that came refused. I also tried to deposit in my broker account using Deel card and also came refused. I was able, though, to purchase a gift card at Amazon.

Just follow the instructions and add your account details, it processes automatically (at least it does in my country, maybe different for others).

If you are due a payment then MFF should have sent you the links and contract etc, I'd do it from their end rather using their links than try to make it work your side. It should all be pretty seamless.

You have an option of bank wire. You would have to insert the details to know the costs.
I know that Wire and Revolut are free. For bank wire I don't know.
What I am thinking of is getting with a prop firm once I get something down to where I like it then trade with them and raise my own capital to x amount with my share of the profits then do my own personal account.

I'm not coming across 50k own my own and I wouldn't suggest getting a loan for trading (really stupid)

This is probably the best thing to do if you're undercapitalized but want to trade your own account with your own money
Use OPM (other people's money aka leverage)

We're already leveraging a lot so why not leverage theirs to benefit you in the end??

It did increase but at the end when you passed the 3 phases, the final cost of challenge will be the same.
Also, for each phase, you had to do 8% profit, now it’s 6%.
I’m currently in phase 2 of the challenge. It’s more peaceful that MFF or FTMO, because you have 1 year to finish challenge.

Dear Trader, we have made a change in our profit split into the Live accounts for new sign-ups and reset accounts.

Because of the growth of our program, and the increasing numbers of traders with high-value accounts, we need to attract more new investors and partners.

Most big investors get around 60/70% of the profit split when they invest their money in an asset management company. We need to stay attractive to be able to offer our ultra-high real money accounts to an ever-larger group of traders.

For this reason, it was necessary to lower the profit splits into ultra-high accounts (500k up to 2.5 million) from 65% to 50%

On the other hand, we increased the profit split on smaller accounts (up to and including 200k) to 75%, a higher profit split than ever before.

We are aware that many others prop firms offer higher profit splits. Offering extreme high-profit splits is easy for prop firms that only offer virtual money accounts or work with a b-book broker who trades against you. They also only offer virtual (demo) trading on their so-called live account. In the end, they do not need to find investors for virtual money accounts as virtual money is unlimited available for them!

We only offer real money accounts, and therefore, we have to deal with real investors to cover the funds in these accounts. Our -and their wishes- are to steadily grow our program in a sustainable manner, and not have it only available to a small group of traders, or face instability due to lack of funding.
