I say what's the point of the education then if only 1% is going to succeed from it?

A computer sciences graduate can still program code, that's not a fail. He passed, he's now a qualified computer scientist and he can actually write a simple script of code.
Finding employment is another thing. We can certainly blame someone other than the actual education
we can surely blame the economy or the politicians
