Cable chart just copied. t 06-37

We have the trigger bar T. which is 00-00 4 hour bar.
The low broke and we went short. i closed with a 5 point gain. ( forget i have another short running, as this is a test).
Price dropped more for +11 No1. now just suppose price reverses back up to break high???
we go long at T High. we can see how much potential play we have to fix up to approx 13645 .
and yes it can drop again but we have that initial Trigger bar ,the 00-00 4 hour.
Later on we could use the 04-00 4 hour bar.

we are on inside bars on the 4 hour chart. Cable.
the bias is short, but it looks like messing around. it'll go somewhere.

Yeah got there just in time.. !

EU looks prime for some profit taking as well but I'm done now until after NFP, feels like it could be one of those days today...

T 07-46 Cable chart just copied.

inside bars, we had the mother bar from yesterday M. it is normal to trade the high/low break of this bar.
I trade this (or used to do) aggressively off the break of the actual inside bar.
In this case inside bar 1 broke high for a few points and then dropped. The bias was high before the drop.
Then next ib broke the low , so now the bias is short. hopefully to keep going down.
If it doesnt, we watch the daily range to fix.

Just suppose we went short off the 04-00 4 hr bar No1. we can see where it might drop to L.
Or if it reversed , we go long at high break and we see where it might go.

If we long, we are running out of range to fix, ie, we enter another trade, or up the stakes.
This is where your own style comes into play.

Hi Bird, i trade very mechanically and trade similarly to grid trading, But it isnt grid trading.

I always expect my trade to fail.
As soon as i enter a trade i, i think it will fail so i need the plan to fix.

That is where the stats and high hit rate come in.

i closed my 2nd little cable trade for +40

i was trying something, but it did not happen,

e/u 4 hour chart copied a couple of minutes ago.

1 = the 00-00 bar.
2 = the 04-00 bar.

I said to fagin, i would short the low break of the 04-00 bar.
Low broke for 11 and then it moved back up to break High.
now you know why i take a modest 5, ok this could of been a fail and easy enough to fix, but who needs the extra work.
I didnt trade this ,nor ever will. I was just saying.
