Well, myself and 2 others have already chimed in. We use them and withdrawal money on a regular basis. Yes, they are a serious company.

I'll ask the question that their chat service and the subsequent help desk tickets that were issued failed to answer: Does MFF accept Canadian clients?

Which countries are not allowed to join MFF?

We allow anyone to open an account with us except for people from the following states in the USA: Arkansas (AR) Iowa (IA) Mississippi (MS) Missouri (MO)

They do allow those states, but have not updated their website to reflect that.

I respect everyone's comments, but I'm just posting my experience with this company and I personally don't recommend it.

An issue which happened with MFF , I would like to highlight here.

I had an evaluation 100 k account with them and was running smoothly.

Last Friday, I had open trades 6.5 lots in GBPUSD.

I opened long trades around 1.3375 ( Average price ).

Until Monday tokyo open, the mt4 was running smoothly and all my long trades were in nice profit.

Suddenly mt4 stopped working.

I sent emails and had chat session with 2 guys.

One lady in chat said she saw my dashboard and were running in good profit.

Later she said she sent a report to concerned team.

Now....

The old evaluation account, which i was not able access had huge floating profit, more than 9000 usd ( by calculation ). And last day of 30 day evaluation period ends on 4th February.

MFF seems to have migrated to new server so they gave me a new mt4 login with 100k yesterday.

Remember, my old evaluation 100 k account had 103250 ( including floating profits ).

I said ok, it is fine I will trade with new mt4 login as they seems to have migrated to new server. But I suggested to them, the 3250 dollar floating profit which I earned in old evaluation account to be credited to new mt4 account.

They refused.

Is this happened to anyone here ?

I highly doubt if MFF doing right thing here.

My old evaluation account never got violated loss limits and had 9250 dollar floating profit.

If any MFF representative here in this thread, I would like them to evaluate properly and take decision.

Emails and chat service is not much of use

This is a serious issue and I hope they will resolve it. I will suggest you take it up on discord with them.

That really seems unusual because you are right about requesting the floating profits if the case is as you wrote here. I will need to check your account and tickets (to solve the customer support misscommunication) so we can rectify the issue for you.

The update from me on issues with my eval phase 1 account with MFF :

MFF are serious about issues that happens to traders using/trusting them.

Though there were initial hiccups with support team, Josh and Yuvaz handled my case brilliantly.

After verification of my account and also due to my long standing relationship with them, they have elevated my account directly to Phase 2 evaluation. Remember, I passed phase 1 and phase 2 earlier and had 100k Live evaluation account with them, however due to poor risk management, I lost live account few months ago.

I now just received phase 2 credentials for 100 k and will be starting out soon.

Way to go MFF.

Thanks a vast for sharing these essential prospects with us and huge gratitude for that. The topic that you've stated is undoubtedly filled with significance and we really can't deny that fact.

Anyways, lastly just wanted to tell you that finding a broker might sound hard, and trust me it really is quite hard but if you look properly you'll find some of the best options out there which obviously includes Litefinance since they are providing an ultra-wide range of trading accessories.

Hi MFF, quick question...

About 20 days ago I started using a VPN and didnt think much of it.

Was just looking at my evaluation dashboard and ive got tons of different I.P adresses used, which obviously makes sense with the VPN.

My question is, could this potentially be a problem if I was to pass my evaluations, and/or be trading a funded account?

Im guessing its all good, but just making sure.

Not sure if everyone caught a couple of pieces in a message from Josh in discord on 2/5........

4.4 million paid out in January. They are processing 100-400 individual payouts DAILY.

the big one, which should make everyone feel comfortable building a long term relationship with this company.....

We can operate without ANY new customer registrations and carry on business as usual.

That last statement is huge. Tells you everything you need to know.

Just a side note from me.......By comparison, FTMO paid out 29 million FOR THE YEAR in 2021. Without any further growth from either company MFF will pay out 60% more than FTMO this year.

-Yeah, the only problem with this one is the fact that they have already stated that they may cease taking on new traders starting this year, then have on/off periods for new sign-ups. The only reason that I mention this, is in the event that someone happens to blow their account and may not be able to start back up with them. Curious to see how they handle it.

Obviously, nobody plans on blowing their account, though, right?

True about not blowing the account. If they do go the route of not onboarding new traders, perhaps, they would allow existing traders to have a redo on the eval? You're right, though, key is, once you're in, don't blow it!
