Q: How many people do you actually have working for customer support right now?
A: That's an amazing question, so we have customer support which I think crossing 30. We have Operations I think crossing 30 as well, so these are rough numbers as well, so numbers are going to be higher, so yeah, and then we have, uh, Operations then there is Back Office, there is Building, so all in all we are close to 200 people.

It is not that, Commercial Members are restricted to post in the Commercial section just because many of them have a tendency to spam everywhere and don't add extra value. It is a good measure. On the other hand, many that pretend to be just happy consumers are de facto real commercial members, either uncritical fanatics or shills. Things are more complicated than they appear to be.

Lol Just because certain people tend to be less whiny and overly negative doesn't mean that they are "uncritical" or fanatics, it just means that they are realists who aren't naive enough to expect absolute perfection or accountability in an industry such as this. Ones who understand that to take advantage of the potential good, some insignificant "bads" must be ignored.
You can't label everyone shills simply because they are tired of having to read you antagonize these guys with sarcastic unnecessary posts every chance you get while almost never commending them for the numerous times they do right.

I've seen some of the pay outs on their Discord server...

This shit is live changing for many people.... instead we want to sit around and ask them how many support staff they really have, 30 or 300.
Questions get answered, queries get resolved reasonably fast.... or maybe a bit slow sometimes, but it's somewhat expected for an exponentially growing business.

Now for some reason, you get some sort of kick out of this "us vs. the other guys" rubbish. ...
When we most likely are all looking for the same thing (except Paula of course, he can't trade and would rather try to make others as miserable as he is because of that).

We are asking these entities to improve with a sense of urgency for their own good. They can't promise, give deadlines for next day and weeks later nothing changes. They can't blame subscribers for taking advantage of their technical services incompetence.

Please stop harassing user PaulMF, he has repeatedly asked with utmost education for some of you to stop that. You don't agree with him, that's all right. I may not agree with him in a few matters as well and vice-versa, no problem.

Also important, and everybody note it seriously, some of you have been trying to turn this into a political affair, including posting a message and deleting it after a second thought. It will bring serious consequences.

I would suggest you to open a thread called "Why I find correct to harass PaulMF". Let's see what you have to say, instead of diverting attention.

Maybe, in your culture that makes sense and is effective, but here you look like just a simple wannabe-a-trader without the required skills. That is clear in every attempt you make to talk about trading. However, those attempts are very limited, you basically spend your time posting about how good are some specific "prop-firms".

Anyone can clearly see that I have advanced trading skills and I'm a professional in the field. Don't waste your time.

I posted first on this thread on November 17, I posted a legitimate concern. No answer. The situation did not improve at all, on the contrary.

I was looking for any threads you have opened but found none. All you do is comment and like, comment and like. Subscribe to get reciprocals and get buddies. This is the route to get the red diamond and start suspending people.

I still remember the day I had to teach you how to calculate position sizing. You don't even have the basics clear. No one with the basics clear will ever consider taking this type of "challenges". It is easy to calculate that anyone can replicate what they offer with your own account, and have more chances to succeed.

Thanks for remarking that I contribute for free. That's a big difference between you and me.

I hope you will continue getting paid now and in the long term. My concern is about the long term, and I hope MFF can take the necessary steps to prevent your ruin.
Don't bring all together at the same time and don't bring MFF competition here. FTMO has other particulars and we had actually brought users to present their issues without fear. Now, they need to remember us that they have the Deloitte prize, because videos of trader champs like this one are not enough.

He is not getting paid. He has never shown anything that will lead us to think that he can manage those trading objectives in a sustainable way. Getting paid after one thousand tries is not getting paid, it is paying.

Anyone can calculate that, with the same trading restrictions and amount invested, you earn more and faster with your own account than with these fake prop-firms demo accounts. Supporting these firms unveils what they really know about trading.
