The CCI is not exponential is simple. I had already seen another CCI indicator that said it was exponential, but behaves the same as the simple one.

That is not ema based cci
The values of the 2 can not be the same as on your example, they have to have different values :

So, even though they are similar (but just similar), they are not and can not be the same

Lately some people are having issues with ex5 files
They get an "error" message that "this version is obsolete, recompile it"

That "error" has nothing to do with the coder and has all to do with nonsense metaquotes is doing.
Just one example : protected code (which is an equivalent of ex5 file) made on tradestation 20 years ago is still happily running on newest versions too. That is how the professionals do it

Since metaquotes obviously does not think that it is worth doing it like the above, and since it is not any sort of an error from coding side, for any such case ask metaquotes to resolve that. I am not going to be made lifelong responsible for any mess they do with the new builds they make. Sorry guys, no "updates" for cases like that from me

Boss,thanks for noticing the issue coming from metaquotes (mt4/5) side and confirming the code part is OK - the usual activity by metaquotes sometimes from since long -

Unfortunately that is not the only issue

For gods sake, they are flooding code base with crap like the attached "indicator" (that creates one rectangle which is of no use at all, and after that it does nothing - absolutely nothing, and a load of similar "pearls" - "indicators" and "EAs" - the attached one is just one of randomly chosen "things" that are newest "contribution" to the "code bas") and I have been told by the admin of the site that "they don't have time to check all" (ie: they can not check those 5-10 things posted weekly on a code base? Why, of course : it takes weeks to see what the code like the attached "does")
The direction they are heading in is not good - not good at all

Yes but absolutely yes,i saw several time bunch of codes at code base that looks like reinventing the wheel since from mt4 early days -
As for mt5 codes,it is acceptable because it yet needs to fill the gape,as yet mt5 is poor and far behind regarding all types,sorts,variations and all level codes that comparatively mt4 have for now - but what use of crap that even for mt4
They only have time to delete posts along with codes where posted ex4/5
Let us see what came next -

As the name of the thread suggests : one more experiment
RSI in different form : decomposed form. It might be a bit easier to follow the possible RSI signals this way - see the example and how this indicator compares to RSI (and it is RSI )

could you share the code though, if possible ? Or at least how you came up with these curves. it's not to pirate it or anything it's to be able to port it on other platforms and to have the code to be able to recompile it if necessary

Hello...

Any chance rebuilding dynamicZone.dll for 64-bit? My favorite indicator can't be used in MT5 because it complains "...\dynamicZone.dll is not 64-bit version".

If not -- I understand. I'm still good with MT4.

Sorry, but, after seeing all that was happening to some of the mt4 compatible dll stuff that I have made public, I do not have any intention to make mt5 compatible versions of any of the mt4 dlls public too.

Cold you please refer me to some of your publicly posted code? I mean : mql code written by you. Not limited time ex4 files

Forgive me if I have understood the situation wrongly, but I see that you are selling your indicator in another thread "Selling my second strategy", which you quoted a price for full code, which means you understood that source code are more valuable and worth a price, but here you are giving critique on Mladen when he gives ex4/ex5 for free, but didn't release source code. If you understood the higher value for source code since your own source code are put up for selling, then why would you want to pressurize Mladen to give out his source code for free when you are selling your source code here:

I value your contributions in many places, I have seen that you help people in code snippets here and there, but for this situation, why can't we respect the intellectual property of a programmer and respect him for his decision whether to publicize his source code for free or not, and even if one decides to sell his source code, there is also nothing wrong with it.

What he posted (ex5) at "Selling my second strategy" thread,here is what it displaying when comes to its signals (at chart) after 3 feb yet it did not showed anything as signals
