Very interesting ! Wow, there is a first time for everything.. not often this happens to me, so just love how we traded in parallel in more ways that I would have thought! I could have written almost the exact same things, at least your first part and last part, although in an awful mess, as usual. And you got in much earlier than me, while I was still holding on to the last portions of shorts that I had accumulated. And now I am holding on to more (a bit more than half) a bit longer in case something bigger is in the works. But I see you changed your plan really fast as you observed a change, which I find was very nice adaptation. Not easy to develop. At least it wasnt for me, so a big for letting go of your plan, maybe a long planned plan, and making a new one, and acting on it without hesitation, switching gears when need be, not letting your past efforts affect your current judgement.

My own trading changed greatly and for the better when I managed to make a reflex out of letting go, adapting, switching gears... Hard work, but well worth it.

And like you, I am not sure anymore where eurusd is going But have to continue just follow blindly my rules, no matter what.

Ok, price moving again. Tightening my short's SL at 1270.

Yes, sometimes the stars align themselves quite nicely.

I'll wait to see if we can get another 30min close with rsi>75 to close a position. But after that I would need at least a 1H decent bodied bear candle low to get hit before closing more... Unless it goes crazy again and goes straight to 1320. I have a set TP and sell limit at 1320, weekly sweet spot to check for main reentry for longerterm shorts. Doubt we'll get there though. Other factors will probably get me out of most my longs before.

I hope you get your 1295! I love close all moments !

They are going to retr. it down from higher up to avoid compromising the up scenario. We are heading back to the low of the past few hours range before resuming the up.

...They do it also so that I can drop my short hedge in profit and get my net long going again. They are so polite and considerate. I love those guys.

Thanks mtako, appreciate it bro. It only took me blowing 1 account, doubling my second account while getting over confidence to then losing 98.5% due to the overconfidence and with a lot of reflecting eventually turning the 1.5% which was left back into the amount I started the account with. After that complete emotional roller coaster ride and almost quitting and really almost quitting... It came down to if I blew my second account I would only focus on my business and forget about trading. While I am still aware that blowing up my account can still happen with 1 bad decision and over leveraging, therefore I try to think risk before profits.

Luckily I am still trading and enjoying the process. What I usually do is plan both bears and bulls scenario as I think most people do, while still I have my directional preference I will try to not marry that decision immediately and try to understand the market structure. A huge turning point for me was learning and understanding about the Wyckoff method as I used to struggle really hard with distribution and accumulation areas (these where the periods where I endured the most drawdowns). Now I appreciate these areas, because I know if I am patient enough it will reveal it's intention and there will be enough profits available which reduces my fear of missing out (Some times still a struggle ).

Currently waiting to see if it will reach 1.1290+ area, think it will drop from there 40 to 65 pips. Do not pin me on it, just my expectation based on the current move.

If No M15 candle close below the blue level, I expect a new daily high with a Target on the H1 chart that I posted before.

1.4 BILLION Euro option expiring after US cash open. Strike price 1.1300 (This could be a barrier)

200 MA sitting at 1.13054

Possible reversal? Maybe. Just wait for some volume to come in around that area. DXY still needs to hit 97.775

Ummm.. May I pass? lol

My thoughts about the general flow: Based on the morning star which I mentioned on my daily chart post, I would anticipate some mild down move before bulls push it up again.. Let's say the middle of those large bottom candles: 1.1188 would be okay to expect a retest.. Let's see..
