Behave like phu, if you want only one level by making both levels with equal value. let us 70.
expert will calc for DN usimg rule 100 - UP_LEVEL (100 minus UP_LEVEL)
Any RSI levels are 100-Complement (they complement each other to 100 = thier sum is 100)

any idea about RSI to be added to the expert?
i may add idea of:
"trend confirmation on 70, then entry on 45 or 50 or 60" for BUY during correction after 70-cross"
and
"trend confirmation on 30, then entry on 55 or 50 or 40" for SELL during correction after 30-cross"

it is very simple to explain:
30--confirmation of drop
then 60-after correction is the entry point.

so:
30 is linked to 60--down trend "bearish"
and
70 is linked to 40 - up trend "bullish"

30 for confirmation and 60 for entry

common sense:
stop loss is very low since 60 is near to 70??
and TP is expected to be very high, since 30 is far away from 60.

You can apply GRID orders after 60-cross to enhance:
1) entry avg point
2) lower stop loss
3) higher TP
