Hey folks! I am starting this thread to show how I trade using a moving average cross along with a simple MACD to make my trades. I use daily charts since I have a full time public job and do not have time to trade smaller time frames. I hope you will find this helpful and please subscribe to the thread and share your input with us!
Please feel free to comment and post your trades as long as they are based on similar strategy!

This is one trade I am currently in. I like to get in a trade based off a 10sma crossing the 40sma. At times I will get in a little earlier if the MACD is headed in the direction I want to take the trade.

I have been trying out a similar approach recently...

Half hour trend following approach:

Cross over of the EMA 4 and EMA 8 in tandem with MACD cross over--- looking to trade in line with daily trend... I use HA candles to try and cancel out the noise from the traditional candlestick graph.....

I didn't create a template - just had a few indicators on the chart.

1st of all it's mt5 and the indicators that I use - all default settings are:

- Heiking ashi candles
- EMA 4
- EMA 8
- EMA 100
- macd -2 (default settings)

These are several more trades I have entered in to. The GBP/AUD I got in early it seems but it is coming my way and hopefully will be in profit soon.
