i dont think i have put up this one before, but MM if i have please take it down.
Funded Trading Plus | Professionals Trade Our Capital, Not Their Own.

There are 2 offerings with these guys, a single stage evaluation, and a double stage as per FTMO.
The single has a total drawdown limit of 5%, with a daily drawdown of 2.5%,
The normal double evaluation is 10% total DD, and 5% daily DD.
The big difference is there is NO time limit. this seems to be a huge plus.
biggest drawback i see is the trailing daily DD level, but it does stop at the initial account $level.

They are using Eightcap.

It is run by guys who run a trading room that has been around for a while.

And no i am not affiliated, just putting it out there for people to have a look at.

BTW they do have a third option but it is not up and running yet.

I look forward to anyone's opinion's on this firm.

Funded Trading Plus is partnered with 8Cap and has basically the same rules as others of their ilk (no weekend trading, 10:1 leverage, etc).

The one-phase assessment with no time-limit would be plus factors, I agree, BUT 8Cap's shady reputation (which takisd's insider knowledge confirms, btw) is a big deterrent imo.

Opened and closed a trade for 3 more days on my MFF phase I evaluation and then sent an email alerting them that I passed phase I (like we are still living in the Dark Ages). Then of course I get the form email 12 hours later saying, "hey, we got your request and we will do our thing". Then of course I get the form email asking how our support did? Um, well they did nothing but send me a form email.

Anyways another 48 hours later and still no credentials for phase II. Waited an hour to talk to chat and was told by another amazing support staff member that he would forward my request to the powers that be. And of course, an immediate email asking how their support monkey did during our chat.

MFF, best prices in town, worst account provisions in town. You've had more than enough time to improve in this area.

BTW, is their discord gone? I used to like to read the comments because they made me feel like Einstein. Maybe they ditched it because chat support only takes an hour now and emails only take forever for a response. Good plan MFF.

First, thanks for all of your inspiration and info posted this year. Very much appreciated. I learned a great deal and your kind words kept me going after I failed 2 FTMO challenges early last summer. The first, I received a free re-take since I didn't fail any rules other than not meeting 10% TP. The second (retake), I had a bad day, ignored my rules, and lost the challenge. Spent the summer recovering from eye surgery, studying, and practicing to take another challenge.

Yesterday, I passed the Digital Pit challenge. 50k account. This is a big deal for me. My first passing Eval! DP is not favored here for a few reasons. They are brand new. I don't like that either. But I also don't like a trailing DD as I believe MFF offers. I decided to go for it. After I've received a few checks from DP in 2022, I will begin again with either MFF or FTMO.

Oh! I'm going to be a Grandma in April (yes, I'm older than most of you!). Whoohoo!

Happy holidays -- whatever and however you celebrate the season -- and may 2022 be healthy and profitable!

-I'm not really sure why MFF decided to reinvent the wheel in terms of account creation, dashboard etc.. My guess would be that they decided that it would be better, and would offer them more control over things etc.. But I agree, and even the founder seems to acknowledge, that it has taken longer than it should have. I expect that they will be doing great once they get everything working, though.

My biggest gripe about MFF has been their support. Yavuz and Josh have been great. Many of the others, not so much. The founder said that they hire traders and people from the community to work for the company. I almost wonder if they did the same with their developers, because this has taken too long. Maybe they took on more than they should have at one time. Maybe they are trying too hard to make things perfect. Who knows...

-Looks mostly cookie-cutter. The "Talented Trader" program looks interesting, except that they seem to be looking for a very specific type of trader based on the account parameter requirements.

Bussiness is all about customers service and their time.
alot of traders if not all complain about MFF. I don't understand why people love to get their shoes wet.
I would rather go for FTMO paying same fees for mini account.

Yup. Trades need to be closed by 21:30 GMT on Friday (or they'll close them for you).

But I thought you're done with prop firms?

Glad someone decided to take a swing at DP.... Their fixed drawdown model is a nice twist, especially since you don't have to worry about max daily loss.

Well, I haven't seen this specific rule yet but I guess they have it well hidden in the small print. If that's the case, Funded Trading Plus gets a swift kick in the hiney.
Whatever happens over the weekend, has a 50/50 possibility of effecting a trader's position on the good or bad side. Basically, overall it is neutral.
By admonishing a trader's decision to hold over the weekend, they are saying a trader's decision was so wrong that they should lose their fee and be thrown out.
Once again, who are they to interfere with a trader's decision making process? If they are so good at knowing what is right and what is wrong. the market is awaiting them to place their own trades and then they can keep all their profits.
What is even more egregious is that they put down other prop firms by saying their rules are designed to make traders fail but we are not like that. Yes, Funded Trading Plus, you are just another stinky piece of trash on top of the pile.

I was done with prop firms until one came along with "No Rules". The last time I praised this prop firm I got accused of being a shill for them. That is the only one so far that I approve of for their bold and industry changing stance and I hope they are legit and succeed in order to set a standard for the rest of the prop firms.

FTMO fees are nearly twice as expensive for mini accts

MFF 10K - $84
FTMO 10K - $157

MFF 20K - $139
FTMO 25K -$253

FTMO prices aren't even close to competitive

My gosh a 20K acct at MFF is actually cheaper than FTMO's 10K

Not sure I understand the question. A company is either legit or not. What do you mean by more legit? I use both, they are both legit.

Visit the first page for a list of "Legit" firms... then do your research to see which of their conditions fit you best.
