Simple stuff:

Do ... Wim Hoff breathing exercises

every night ... just before you fall asleep ...

BEFORE YOU MEDITATE ... IN FACT ...


Theoretically ... cleans and refreshes the airways ...

But ..sure ... take away the anger ... (breathing exercise)
You become calmer
You alkalize your blood ...
so those who are not invited may also leave ...

another method ...

I HAVE NO PREFERENCES FOR CHEMICALS

use a 3% hydrogen peroxide concentration from the pharmacy
put water 3 times its amount (3 TIMES YOUR BOTTLE OF OXYGENATED WATER)
(distilled water ... if you made at home ...)
not from plastic bottle ...
(some use "mouth water")

OR WATER ...

that is, dilute it to 1%

TEETH WASH ...
gargle ...
wash IN your nose too
rinse well ...

...

if you don't have ... hydrogen peroxide and / or "mouth water"
wash your nose with "tap water"
which has chlorine
chlorine kills .... life ... in general ...

don't exaggerate ... and don't abuse ...
try it and see if it works for you ...
if not...
search until you find it ONE SOLUTION ...

.....

if you don't have any tap water ...
at least vegetable oil ...
PUT IT IN YOUR MOUTH
hold it in your mouth for 5 to 6 minutes ...
(20 minutes recommended ...)
DO NOT SWALLOW IT...
spit it out ... throw it out of your mouth ...
rinse well ...

these things can keep you away from that disease ... virus ... etc ...

Hi all, these are my open trades at the moment. GU short still running from yesterday, EU short also opened yesterday evening and UJ long yesterday evening closed for a few pips profit and opened today morning a new one.

Edit: EU just closed for 5 pips profit and will try to re-enter from a higher level
