Yes. it's the broker limit. The EA has no lot size limitations, other than what the broker requires..

Impressive results! I hope you are running this on a live account. Good pips for you.

I must admit I have my reservations about averaging down strategies, but your results certainly look encouraging. You seem to have found settings that work with a very tight maximum basket drawdown setting of only 5%. That makes the typical "sawtooth equity curve" of such stategies a lot less intimidating than using for example 25% drawdown. Well done!

Hello everyone. Yesterday I started in demo, Daily TF with aprox 20 pairs with last version of Xmess EA. In a month or two months I’m going to post my results with the parametres that I chosed. Maybe the parametres will be different than smileee parametres. I chosed it based on DD below 8% to avoid blow my account.

From day 1 I did not change any trading rule.
I use all majors.
The only exception is that I don't trade CHF pairs because of the dramatic surge in the Swiss franc in 2015.

And as I mentioned in the original post #1, regarding body size:
"*110 pips - depends on currency’s volatility. Can be 70 pips for low volatility currencies and on the other hand can be 150 pips for high volatility currencies".
Use one of the better EA's which were posted here and do some optimization to find out which suits best for you.
Some will use smaller body size to get more trades, but will have more risk in reaching the profit target or breakeven, and some will use bigger bodysize to get high probability for reaching the TP of 1st entry without needing to open baskets for most of the 1st entries.

Is there any way to replicate this system on lower time frames? In same or mirror- opposite way?

And do you think a strategy which is gives more setups during london NY sessions (High volume sessions) is inherently better than the one that gives approximately same number of setups across the day? (Assuming that both the strategies are not at all derived from numerical use of volume data)

I did not check this option.
All can be checked with EA by using optimization for direction, entry time, etc.

I have a question please for Xmess7
The body candles in your EA3.01 is by default 110 pips for the EA to place an order?
That means that the candle body must as a number 110 pips for any pair or 110% of the average candles of x days before
The strategy of smile is 110% of the candles range of x days before for example 20 days range or body candle ( I don't know which is the more correct, body or range to use be used. I believe the range is better)
Please explain

Hey so whats the current status on this? I saw the impressive backtest on the first page with 80% wins and someone said its possible to do 100% a week. How is the strategy going for you guys?

Can't figure out what is causing some trades to close before reaching tp. I have stopea percent stop set to false, percent stop% is 20 and TP is 20, but some trades are closing before hitting this TP of 20. I am not using any external basket EAs for management, and dailytargetpercent is 0, anyone else experiencing this?

bro cant you put TP, when mt4 disconects and reconnects again, the TP doesnt work anymore

Thanks much for your EA, It seem the EA close all orders when the candle is closed, If I setup chart with daily candle, it must wait to close candle to process take tp or close at BE. Could you clarify it? All function worked well but the TP make me some confuse. Thanks!
