I am currently sitting on 100 pips negative.

YES, i got caught in fear and greed factor of forex trading (fear of losing and greed of trying to make more).

Will wait till another week if not take my loss and start fresh next year

Over all still very positive for the year.
Drawdown is more important than Account Size !

You are correct, the numbers are hinting towards a slowdown and therefor dove ammo. I am waiting eagerly for the PCE numbers, should be interesting

I think that move down was a stop hunt. US Markets closed tomorrow, will expect quick rebound overnight into Friday. I'm holding my buys.

It's all buying below 1.12 and above the low and tomorrow, Thanksgiving day, we give thanks to the banksters-moffos for 50-100 PiPs profits.

Edit. In the contrast to the up there was a lot of selling. This suggests to me that any retr. up will be just that, a retr.

01:59 ST, Thursday I don't expect any up above 1.124 However it seems to have some up momentum, so maybe it's going above that. I'm into this with 40% of the account @1.1191 having taken some losses to balance.
07:13 Closed all longs out of prudence. Still open minded about direction. +25% weekly gain.

09:45 Seems to me that today will be a slow motion session.

Sellstop 11853 moved up to 1.11988

1207 stopped out at BE, still could reenter, but doubt it for today, see conditions above.

Those numbers should have sent USD down as Powell isn't going to raise rates until they force him to; data be damned!

I forgot about the release of the FOMC meeting at 2:00 pm - problem is that most people on Wall St. will have already left for the weekend.

Before NY price was dancing around 1.1205.. Then, bears tried with everything they have to reach 1.1155 area but no success.. This hesitation could lead to a bounce up soon. Just thinking out loud..

My bias is still very bearish - I just won't buy much, rather sell as high as I can - however I wouldn't be surprised to see it drop a bit today yet. 1.1173 or so.

For today 1.1242 is key... Bulls have to break it to trigger a potential change in direction.. Time will tell..
