Hi, xmess7. Thank you and soko8 for this amazing EA's. I found one bug, that if the EA has open orders and something happen to MT4 or Windows and you have to reboot system, the EA's dropping the orders and not recognise them at all. Is it possible to fix this? Thank you. Regards

It is called Crash Recovery and it is a critical feature which every expert-advisor must include when running live, using Global Variables and other functions.
I also suggest using a VPS to eliminate any crash or at least to reduce the chance it will occur.

Thanks. But this happens exactly when VPS crashed and on both EA's.

Change VPS service.
It should not happen to the best, if not the most, of known brands.
And even then, you still need Crash Recovery feature implemented in every EA you run.

Thank you for advise, but where can I find this Crash Recovery feature and how to implement it to EA? Google couldn't help me, I tryed. I'm not coder unfortunatelly.

I would guess that would come along with the EA Smilee will release otherwise I would assume you would have to "code" that yourself.

Hi Veter. Yup, someone recently told me about this issue. The initial code was based on one of the user's (I forget his name) and I missed putting in that functionality.

I have already done that to some recent code. I am in the middle of something at the moment but ina couple of hours I'll post an updated ex4 with the fix...

Ok EA UPDATED.... added a recovery function whenever the EA is reloaded.

Now, whenever the EA has to be reloaded, it will detect previous open trades and add them back to a created array. This is the same array that is used to keep track of the trades as they happen real time.

Last version I see on the thread is v3.0, so I just named this version 3.01.

you deserve the glory. Smilee thanks for your awesome strategy. This week I test on real (demo) on TF daily. Its seems very reliable.

smilee, another question for you, because you are on real… did you find any DD not expected? How many pairs do you use? Thank you for all.

you saw.. in 11 years.. the ea open only 480 trades... the EA dont open always.. if the condition are not meeted

Xmess7, I have a problem in backtest, only I'm able to put LotSize every 0.1 Lots, I can't put MicroLots 0.01-0.09. Is because of my broker? I'm on Darwinex.

Are you trading the rules on page 1? Or are you trading the 4H timeframe with different parameters?

I am currently backtesting the strategy, looks interesting. I love mean-reversion!
