I will personally talk with the Department that manages complaints to change their ways of interacting with our customers. I will also have our IT Team develop a broader section for our FAQs, with clearly defined rules.

Amazing in't it? Yesterday he doesn't care about his reputation on the boards and he doesn't care if I give them a bad review.

And now today in a flash he's registering on FF and Facebook in order to rebut my remarks. OH yes he IS worried!!

And he is trying to make out that I wanted to cancel which is why he was not reviewing my trades but that is a blatent LIE!

Now you can also see that I had no choice but to ask for a refund. I even emailed him and gave him my personal phone number so he could maybe salvage the situation but no, he WANTED me out!!

Wow what an egotistical individual!

After all the hard work I put in trading to pass that account, I was treated abominably and only given a refund of my fee - they should have refunded me 110% like all other decent Prop companies

Rule of thumb......companies communicating without proper spelling and grammar(some do not even proofread their website) should be avoided. This is a simple task, which if cannot be handled, do you really think they can run a business and pay you? He spells threat with an e on the end

i'd like to disagree on this for a very simple reason with my simple logic.

goverments and banks have found a way to avoid crashed.
that is by devaluating the currency.
untill last year the world debt was humongus. to this day it remains, but the value of the currency has droped (by the global prices on the products wich on average have gone at least 30% up)
i am talking, iron, cooper, gas, oil, super market products, plastics, transportations etc.

so big boyz that had currency just aded value and the debt may have been the same as a fiat currency but proportionally it was decreased.

i dont know the financial terms for all that and i wish i could explain better but just food for thought.

I do not simply take the word of any trader or any firm without some evidence to back their claims. We should all do our own due diligence. It is better to be responsible in our judgments, as well as what we say and what information that we spread around.

If I see something wrong, I will say something. If anyone tries to spread false information, make bad claims or even make unreasonable complaints etc., I will call them out on it, whether they are a trader or a prop firm etc.. I will call things like I see them, but I also try to remain objective. I would expect others to do the same to me.

Just as we need to hold these firms accountable, we also need to hold each other accountable. We can not and should not let anyone spew nonsense or make false claims. The community will see through it, even if someone tried. There are always two sides to every story, and everyone should have a fair chance to argue their side.

In the case of TFF, they are trying to make efforts to reach out. We can only hope that it is for the right reason(s), but as things are currently looking, it seems to be mostly about PR damage-control, unfortunately. It will be up to them whether or not they decide to own up to their mistakes and make things right by incorporating changes to ensure that this does not happen again.

I am truly sorry for any inconvenience that has happened to you. I will talk with the people about these communicational issues that we should fix right away and clear out all the misunderstandings. Yes, I will have a saying with the management about better customer treatment.

Not here to defend FTMO or MFF, they are not models, are simply the least bad. Most of the others are just unscrupulous smartass individuals and firms ready to take advantage of the fact that most traders are suckers (probably more than 95%).
Although some people choose to be subservient and believe in fairytales, the only way is put these individuals/firms out of business ASAP by exposing them.
