was busy all day, but the close of position after 1pm turned out to be from 2pm-3pm in the 2304 area
so, that's 4 flat, 4 up 4.5 points=18, and 5 down 11=-55
and previously
65.9+6.8+10.8 +18-55=
=46.5 points
now checking why I was early on my bottom call, I can see what I did wrong. Problem was me, not my model. Usually I am excellent with buys. Hard to be patient when you can't stay at the computer though.

trade 1 today already finished, went short 8, +12.6*8=100.8 points already.
was distracted, missed the bottom slightly, but good enough.

ok, out for 3 points (had +10 before but wasn't watching it)
so that's a total of about 153 points without full effort.

153 points in the Russel is about 15,000 $.....
or 750$ in the mini.

study the golden ratio.
example:
1) you are walking in the park, and you see an empty bench, you sit on it at 0.618 of the bench.
2) an empty glass, you will fill it by 0.618 part or 0.382 part of a glass.

this is the golden ratio, 38.2 is the mirror of level 61.8
diagonal levels work only when you have correctly set horizontal levels. What you draw doesn't work that way. Horizontal levels are set according to the golden ratio.

this is how it looks by default, my indicator calculates the level itself to make levels. But visually it looks like this.

I just wanted to explain more. Actually, my model is great. I've found a way to reliably pick the tops and bottoms through most of the day, it is different to other methods, but is very logical. It is as good as anything out there. I've proven that with consistent great trades shown on this thread. I just haven't revealed how I do it.

However, I need more study on it to improve the timing. I also need time to increase my funds to use it properly.

I'm not going to give that up and try another way, even though your advice is kind and appreciated. Thank you for wanting to be nice.

But, I will also study your advice in these few weeks to learn more, and perhaps I can combine it with my way to increase my skill.
I wish I could share more, to help other traders, but I'm more concerned with protecting what edge I have, then leveraging my specific ability to make millions (since my turning points also correspond to several other markets), then I can help others who truly need it....poor kids.
I would also work with a backer who wants big returns.

I think it is important for a trader to match his personality to the style of trading. Further, the model should be as simple and clear as possible since in the heat of battle, you must not err. Finally, I do not care about price. Only action. I do not have the imagination to correctly predict where the price will shoot to next. It is better if I am patient yet ready to strike like a cobra when needed.

Today has been a good day of study, I noticed something about my sells that I had been missing. It's essential to get the timing right since holding a losing trade is for fools. It causes big losses, wears ya down, and there's the missed opportunities.

I am an MT4 programmer, I write my own indicators and advisors. The EA opens once on the H4 bar for each dollar cross pair. From 01:00 to 21:00. Positions are closed when a new H4 bar is opened if take profit or stop loss has not been triggered. Positions do not remain at night and on weekends.
